Cookie Run Kingdom just dropped a fresh summer update, and it’s bringing some juicy new content, including the arrival of Orange Cookie. This update is packed with summer vibes, new events, and exciting features that players will want to check out.

First up, Orange Cookie makes her debut as the latest epic magic-type cookie. She’s part of the Citrus Squad, teaming up with Lemon Cookie for some zesty combos. Orange Cookie’s skill, Juicy Serve, launches three tennis balls that explode and apply a special debuff called Zesty Juice.

This debuff boosts the critical damage enemies take and inflicts an electric zap effect. The more Citrus Squad members on your team, the stronger these buffs get, making her a good fit for citrus-focused lineups.

Besides Orange Cookie, the update also brings back the Palm Tree Harvest Festival to the town square. Players can chop down palm trees for rewards in this event, which runs 24/7. There’s also a new mini-game to enjoy, along with summer-themed costumes for Peppermint Cookie and Caramel Cookie that you can buy using star crystals.

The update includes the start of Season 2 for the Error Busters mode, with new enemies and bug fixes. Your progress from Season 1 will carry over, so you don’t have to start from scratch. The United by Trade event returns with upgraded levels and better rewards, encouraging players to work together to complete trade missions.

One thing to note: although Orange Cookie looks promising with her electric damage and crit buffs, she might not be a game-changer just yet. She works well in Citrus Squad teams but doesn’t offer much healing or defense, so she may not be a priority for all players.
