The “Spread the Love” update in All Entities: Grace has introduced several new horrifying entities, each with their own triggers and mechanics. If you’re trying to survive longer in your run, here’s a complete breakdown of every new entity, when they spawn, how they behave, and most importantly—how to counter them. Also check out our Grace Guide from our guide.
1. Carnation – Early Chase Starts Here
Carnation will always spawn at Door 10, and you’ll notice his arrival with a flash of a pink glitchy screen and tentacle sounds. Once that door is opened, he begins chasing you from about 4 rooms behind, typically from Door 6.
- How to Survive: Open at least four more doors quickly to find a safe zone.
- Clue for Safety: Yellow texts on-screen will guide you toward safe rooms.
2. Goatman – High Threat, Extreme Difficulty
Goatman can appear in the first safe room if the timer runs out or if you linger too long before moving. Once he spawns, he never leaves and continuously hunts you.
- Visual/Auditory Signs: Flashing lights and a loud, unsettling sound cue.
- Counter: Use your lantern or flashlight to flash him, which will reset his charge temporarily.
- Warning: He should always be your top focus when active. Get to a safe zone as quickly as possible.
3. Slight – Low Threat, But Tricky
Found near the second safe room, Slight randomly appears in rooms. Don’t stare at it or it will begin to approach slowly.
- Effect: If it gets close, it blinds you but doesn’t kill—unless you’re already blinded and it catches you again.
- Removal: You must open between 40–90 rooms to recover vision fully.
- Team Note: Opening a door removes Slight for all players, even if only one sees it.
4. Elkman – Visual Damage Over Time
Elkman spawns randomly but often around the time Slight appears. He looks like a giant black shadow blocking the door.
- Danger: If he sees you, your screen will begin to glitch heavily.
- Survival Tip: Hide behind any wall or object to break his line of sight. He will disappear shortly after.
5. Slugfish – Quick Reaction Required
Slugfish gives off a white glitchy screen with tentacles, similar to Carnation. He is extremely fast and shows up randomly—even alongside Carnation.
- Response: The moment you see him, move to the sides of the room. Never run straight forward.
- Reminder: He’s more dangerous than Carnation because of his speed.
6. Heed – The Red Eye Watcher
Heed spawns in the fourth safe room and appears in random rooms as a red eye tilted 90 degrees.
- Avoidance Strategy: Stare directly at him until he vanishes. Looking away can get you caught.
7. Dozer – Motion Sensitive Threat
You’ll meet Dozer after opening his specific spawner door, usually after reaching the fifth safe room.
- Warning Signs: He may appear with Carnation but only activates when his door is opened.
- Counter: As soon as you see him, stop moving and crouch.
- Wait Time: Do not move for about 3 seconds, then he will disappear once his eyes close.
8. Sorrow – Blood Sky, Small Hitbox
Sorrow can also appear around the fifth safe room and brings a distinct atmosphere—bloody skies and eerie ambiance.
- Escape Plan: Quickly hide under any object or in a door frame. His hitbox is small when you’re under cover.
- Pro Tip: Door frames work best when no objects are available nearby.
After the fifth safe room, no new entities will spawn. Instead, the game loops through all the previous entities randomly. This means mastering each mechanic above is crucial for survival during the endless loop phase. Each entity in the Spread the Love Grace update brings new tension, but with the right timing, observation, and response, you can outsmart every one of them. Keep calm, stay alert, and use this guide as your survival checklist.
