If you’re just starting out in Samkok Fantasy, the first 7 days are absolutely critical to set up a strong foundation. Whether you’re a casual player or fully free-to-play (F2P), making the right choices early on will help you progress faster and keep up with competitive players. This guide breaks down all the essentials you need to focus on — what to buy, which heroes to prioritize, and how to spend your resources wisely.

1. Buy These Items Daily

Two of the most important things to buy every day from the Pack Store and Meteor Gem Store:

  • Stamina – Needed to progress through stages and level up.
  • Energy Orb – Used later for farming Battle Souls.

Make sure to max out both every day. They’re crucial to staying ahead in story and farming.

2. Best Packs to Purchase

In the Tracer Trove, the following packs are worth your diamonds:

  • Pack 2 – Comes with Hero Vouchers for more summons.
  • Pack 3 – Gives Engraving Runes for gear upgrades.

Start with the cheaper packs so you can stretch your diamonds while still building strength.

3. Exchange Store Priorities

You earn Exchange Points from summoning. Use those points to grab weekly must-haves like:

  • Gold Define Weapon Shard
  • 5-Star Battle Soul Selection
  • Initial SSR Hero Shard

Also, make sure you’re saving and using Energy Orb to farm Battle Souls — they’re an important upgrade system.

4. Arena Store: Get SP Zhao Yun First

Your top priority in the Arena Store should be buying SP Zhao Yun fragments weekly. Here’s why:

  • He’s currently one of the strongest UR heroes.
  • Dominates in both Arena and Story content.
  • Easily obtainable through login and beginner events during the first 4 days.

Even if you haven’t summoned him yet, you’ll eventually collect enough fragments to unlock him for free.

5. Gacha Strategy for Beginners

Early on, stick to duplicate heroes for faster upgrades. Focus all summons on the SP Zhao Yun banner. Add your target hero to the wishlist to collect fragments gradually. Use free heroes like LingQi and Zugeliang to carry you early.

6. Complete All Available Events

Don’t miss out on early events. They offer huge value:

  • LingQi Upgrade Event – Score points and you can unlock her UR version.
  • Fantasy Parade – Login daily and roll dice to earn key resources like shards, gems, and upgrade items.
  • 7-Day Login Event – On Day 7, you’ll receive 240 Zugeliang fragments, a free UR hero that works great with Zhao Yun.

7. Push Story & Conquest as Far as Possible

The further you go in Story and Conquest, the better the rewards:

  • Divine Weapon Shards
  • Upgrade Materials
  • Gold and other resources

If you hit a wall, take time to upgrade your lineup and keep pushing.

8. Use Energy Orb in Expeditions

You’ll need Battle Souls to equip your characters with passive bonuses. Use your Energy Orb wisely:

  • Expeditions are the best place to farm Battle Souls.
  • Completing a set unlocks powerful effects that boost both PvE and PvP performance.

9. Upgrade Your Gear and Artifacts

Don’t sleep on your equipment. Focus on:

  • Raising Gear Level and Grade using materials from Conquest and Expeditions.
  • Enhancing Artifacts to boost your overall CP (combat power).

10. Join a Guild ASAP

Being in a guild gives you access to important features:

  • Guild Shop – Buy shards, summon tickets, and rare items.
  • Guild Auction – Includes exclusive items like Divine Weapons, Event Materials, and Hero Fragments.
  • Night Events – Like Dragon Boat Race and exclusive guild-only auctions.

You’ll miss out on a lot of progression without a guild, especially on items that can’t be obtained in world auctions.

Your first week in Samkok Fantasy is all about building momentum. Buy stamina and Orb daily, push story hard, make smart choices in stores, and join a guild early. Stick to events, grind efficiently, and you’ll have a solid team—even without spending a dime. Good luck, and may your first UR hero be a game-changer!
