What Are Hogyoku Wishes in Type Soul?
Hogyoku Wishes were introduced in the 2024 Halloween Update and have quickly become one of the most valuable and rare items in the game. Unlike regular Hogyokus, this version offers powerful rewards—but getting your hands on them isn’t easy.
You can only get Hogyoku Wishes from specific activities:
- KT Raids
- World Bosses, such as Jidanbo, Bawabawa, Ayon, and Sachiel
They don’t drop from Clan Wars or the AFK World, which makes them much harder to come by compared to other in-game currencies or items.
How to Get More Hogyoku Wishes
There are two main methods outside of raids and bosses:
- Trading: Other players can exchange Wishes with you if they’re willing.
- PVP Looting: If you defeat a player and perform a grip, you may be able to force them to drop their Hogyoku Wishes. But remember, this works both ways—if you’re holding Wishes and get killed, you could lose them too.
It’s a high-risk, high-reward system that adds extra tension to every fight.
What Can You Do With Hogyoku Wishes?
Once you collect ten Hogyoku Wishes, you’ll be able to use them to make a wish. When you do, a global announcement will appear for all players, revealing that you’ve made your choice. So be prepared—this could make you a target. Here are the current rewards:
1. High-Tier Accessory
You can receive a rare accessory with powerful buffs to help with defense, offense, or utility. The full list of possible accessories hasn’t been revealed yet.
2. Skill Box Slot
Using your wish to increase your Skill Box cap allows you to hold up to three Skill Boxes, which opens up more flexibility in your build.
3. Vows
