Type Soul Re Release, How to Progress Hell 2 Fast Guide!

If you’re working your way through Type Soul and aiming to unlock access to Hell Layer 2, there’s a clear questline you need to follow. This guide will walk you through the steps quickly, from spawn points and NPCs to grinding requirements and boss fights. All Step to Progress Hell Layer 2 – Type Soul

Step 1: Finding the Right Spawn Point

When you first enter Hell, you’ll spawn at one of two locations — either the upper platform or the lower ground level. Both are viable for progressing, but it’s good to know your surroundings since quest NPCs and farming mobs are spread between the two.

Once you spawn in, press comma ( , ) on your keyboard to open the NPC list. The name you’re looking for is Tiger. Make your way to him to begin the main questline for progressing to Layer 2.

Step 2: Talk to Tiger and Accept the Main Quest

When you talk to Tiger for the first time, he gives you a quest with two options:

• Kill 120 Hell NPCs
• Complete 40 Ring 1 Raids

Grinding NPCs is by far the faster method. Most players report finishing the 120 kills in about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your speed and gear.

The mobs you need are located directly below the upper spawn point. Just jump down from the ledge and you’ll find a large area full of Hell NPCs. Many players will be farming here, and PvP is rare since everyone’s focused on progression.

Step 3: Optional Side Quest – Morpheus

While you’re farming NPCs, look for another NPC named Morpheus. He’s located near the lower spawn point. Morpheus offers an additional quest that tasks you with killing Grade 5 Shinigami and Bankai NPCs.

These mobs also spawn in the same lower area where you’re grinding Hell NPCs, so you can work on both quests at once. It’s currently unknown what the Morpheus quest rewards, but it’s worth picking up since it doesn’t require extra effort.

Step 4: Talk to the Next NPC to Trigger the Boss

Once you finish Tiger’s 120-kill quest, return to the upper area. Follow the path past the Tiger NPC until you reach another NPC near the top. This NPC will only interact with you after completing Tiger’s quest. Once you talk to him, he’ll summon a boss in a nearby arena. This is your next big challenge. Defeating this boss is the final step before you gain access to Hell Layer 2.

So, Use movement abilities to grind faster in Type Soul. Party up with others to speed up the kill count. Don’t waste time with raids unless you prefer it over NPC grinding. Use the comma key to track NPCs easily. Unlocking Hell Layer 2 is a grind, but the path is straightforward once you know what to do.

Focus on Tiger’s quest first, farm efficiently, and don’t forget the optional Morpheus quest for extra progress. Once you’ve cleared the boss, you’ll be ready to continue your journey into deeper layers of Hell. Stay sharp, and good luck pushing forward.
