Grow a Garden All Culinarian Rewards – Crops, Plants Pets and Animals!

The Culinarian Chest landed as a limited-time reward in the second half of the Cooking Event. It’s packed with new crops, pets, and kitchen-themed cosmetics — some common, some rare, and a few straight-up legendary. Below I break down every known reward, drop chances, passive effects, and farming tips so you know which rolls to chase and what each drop actually does.

What the Culinarian Chest Is

  • Type: Limited-time chest (event-only).

  • Date added: August 9, 2025.

  • Obtainable: Not permanently — only during the Cooking Event window.

Notes: Appearance and obtainment method are not fully confirmed; expect it to be handed out by event NPCs or as event rewards (Rat Connoisseur interactions are tied to the Cooking Event).

What They Do & Why You Want Them

1. Bacon Pig (Pet) — 34.5%

  • Passive – Bacon Frenzy: periodically emits an aura that greatly increases the chance nearby fruit grow as variants. Excellent for farming rare variants and boosting overall garden yields. Low hunger (5,000) so it’s easy to keep active.

2. Hotdog Daschund (Pet) — 14.5%

  • Passive – Loaded Dog: every 80–240s drops mustard/ketchup puddles that last 30–45s. Pets standing on mustard get faster cooldowns (20–40%); pets on ketchup gain 20–40% more XP. Great for targeted XP or cooldown builds.

3. Lobster Thermidor — 1%

  • Molten Boiling Point: every 300–900s, 20%+ chance a nearby fruit becomes Molten.

  • Meteoric Boiling Point: every 500–1800s, 10%+ chance a nearby fruit becomes Meteoric.
Hunger ~50,505. Powerful for creating variant fruits with special effects.

4. King Cabbage — 1% (seed/produce)

High-value crop. Large base value and very low seed drop chance; sought after for endgame profit or event goals.

5. Rhubarb — 34.5%

Common produce with decent value; easy to get from the chest compared to King Cabbage or Lobster.

6. Badlands Pepper — 14.5%

Divine-tier seed. Good mid- to high-end crop value.

The Culinarian Chest is one of the richest event containers so far — great chances for seed packs and crates, plus a few rare pets that reshape gameplay (Bacon Pig, Lobster Thermidor, Gorilla Chef) in Grow a Garden.

If you’re trying to chase the heavy-hitters (King Cabbage, Lobster, Gorilla Chef), prepare for long farming sessions and stack everything that boosts yield and variants. Want a printable drop-rate chart or a short checklist for which pets to prioritize by playstyle (XP, variants, cooking)? I can make one next.
