The Outdoor update in Doors has introduced several new entities, and one of the most dangerous among them is Bramble, also known as The World Lotus. This stationary monster may not move around like others, but its deadly long-range vision and unpredictable triggers make it a serious threat if you’re not careful. If you’re struggling to get past Bramble in the Outdoor section, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know to survive.

What is Bramble (The World Lotus)?

Bramble is a stationary entity that spawns in specific areas during the Outdoor subfloor. It has a glowing light that serves as both a lure and a warning. Bramble is attracted to lanterns and has an incredibly long vision range, meaning it can spot you even from far away. Once it locks onto you, it will not hesitate to attack.

How Bramble Attacks

• Light ON – Bramble is in its active state. If you move while the light is on, it will immediately spot you and begin chasing.
• Light OFF – Bramble becomes inactive, giving you a short window to reposition.
• Lantern Attraction – If a lantern is nearby, Bramble is more likely to spawn in that location.

How to Survive Bramble

1. Stop Moving When Light is On If Bramble’s light turns on, freeze in place. Moving will instantly get you detected.
2. Use Light-Off Windows When the light turns off, move quickly but carefully to put distance between you and Bramble.
3. Avoid Lantern Areas Stay away from lanterns, as they increase the chance of Bramble appearing nearby.
4. Break Line of Sight if Spotted If Bramble manages to detect you, run immediately to the nearest hiding spot,  to break line of sight.
5. Keep Your Distance Even when inactive, avoid standing too close. Bramble’s detection range is massive compared to most entities in the Outdoor update.

Main Objective: Get 3 Guillotine Parts

To progress past Bramble’s area, you’ll need to collect three Guillotine pieces scattered across the Outdoor section. These parts are required to activate a mechanism that lets you move forward. Tips for Collecting the Guillotine Pieces:

1. Plan Your Route – Take note of Bramble’s location and move between safe zones during its light-off phases.

2. Check Corners & Hidden Paths – Guillotine pieces may be tucked behind objects or near walls.

3. Carry One at a Time – Avoid rushing with multiple pieces; it’s safer to grab one and return to the assembly point before going for the next.

4. Stay Away from Lanterns – Lantern spots are more dangerous and could spawn Bramble right in your path.
