• The Howler has a rare chance to appear on an island during nighttime.
• When it howls, it summons waves of Blood Fogborns to attack you.
• The Blood Moon effect will continue until the end of your run if you escape without defeating it.
• If you manage to kill The Howler, it stops spawning and drops rare rewards.
