How to Get and Use Fairy Points Grow a Garden
Grow a Garden keeps bringing fresh events to keep players hooked, and the latest one introduces fairies into the mix. Along with glowing plants and unique pets, this update also comes with a new event currency called Fairy Points. These points are very useful because they unlock upgrades that make progressing easier, especially when it comes to farming Glimmering mutations. If you’re still unsure how to collect and use them, this guide will break everything down.
How to Get Fairy Points
The main way to earn Fairy Points is through the Wishing Well, located in the center of the play area. To unlock rewards, you’ll need to complete tasks that involve submitting Glimmering mutated plants. There are two ways to do this:
- Submit the required Glimmering plants shown in front of the well. This gives more Fairy Points and helps you level up tiers quickly.
- Submit any Glimmering mutated plants from your garden if you don’t have the required ones. This gives fewer points but still raises Fountain power.
Each time your tier increases, you’ll get a chance to claim rewards, with certain tiers offering Fairy Points. For example, Tier 1 gives a 31.25% chance of earning 500 points, while Tier 4 offers up to 2000 points.
How to Use Fairy Points
Once you’ve collected enough, Fairy Points can be spent on upgrades through the Fairy Godmother NPC near the Wishing Well. There are four upgrade types you can unlock:
- Glimmer Multiplier – boosts your mutation chances
- Roaming Fairy Spawn Amount – increases fairy spawns
- Fairy Event Duration – extends event time
- Fairy Spawn Amount – adds more fairies
To upgrade, simply interact with the Fairy Godmother and use your collected points. At the moment, this is the only use for Fairy Points, but future updates may expand their purpose.
The Fairy event adds a fun twist to Grow a Garden, making Glimmering mutations easier to achieve while rewarding active players with valuable upgrades. Make sure to farm Fairy Points while the event is live so you don’t miss out on powering up your fairies.
