How to Find the Bee Egg in Grow a Garden After the Event

The Bee Egg is one of the most sought-after items in Grow a Garden, especially after the Bizzy Bee Event. While it used to be a limited-time egg tied to events and rare shop spawns, players can still obtain it even after the event ended. If you’re wondering how to get the Bee Egg right now, this guide covers where to find it, how much it costs, and what pets you can hatch from it.

Bee Egg Overview

The Bee Egg was first introduced during the Bizzy Bee Event. It takes 4 hours and 10 minutes to hatch and has been obtainable in different ways throughout its history:

  • Previously in stock at the Honey Shop for 18 Honey or 129 currency.
  • Sometimes available in the Pet Egg Shop for 30,000,000 Sheckles or 129 currency.
  • Had an 8% chance to drop during the Summer Harvest Event.

Now, even after the event, the Bee Egg is still obtainable — but only through one method.

How to Get the Bee Egg After the Event

Currently, the Bee Egg has a 100% chance to be available from the Honey Merchant’s stand. You can purchase it for:

  • 18 Honey
  • or 129 currency

This makes it much more accessible compared to when it was tied to limited events or rare shop spawns.

Note: Players need either honey or pollinated crops to access it, so make sure you’re farming properly before heading to the Honey Merchant.

Pets from the Bee Egg

Once hatched, the Bee Egg can give you one of several bee-themed pets. Each comes with its own unique abilities that help with pollination and crop mutations:

  • Bee (65%) – Pollinates nearby crops about every 25 minutes.
  • Honey Bee (25%) – Pollinates faster, about every 20 minutes.
  • Bear Bee (5%) – Applies the Honey Glazed mutation to crops every ~25 minutes.
  • Petal Bee (4%) – Pollinates crops every ~25 minutes and has a ~1% chance for Flower crops to stay after harvest.
  • Queen Bee (1%) – Magically pollinates crops every 20 minutes and refreshes another pet’s ability every ~23 minutes.

Extra Trivia

  • All pets from the Bee Egg can give limited event mutations like Pollinated or HoneyGlazed.
  • It can be crafted into an Anti-Bee Egg with 25 materials.
  • The design was inspired by the Basic Egg from Bee Swarm Simulator.

Even though the Bizzy Bee Event has ended, the Bee Egg is still available in Grow a Garden. The Honey Merchant is now the guaranteed source, making it much easier for players to get their hands on one.

With powerful pets like the Queen Bee or Petal Bee inside, it’s worth farming honey and investing in this egg if you want to boost your garden with pollination and crop mutations.
