The Fall Market Update has officially arrived in Grow a Garden, bringing a fresh seasonal event packed with new plants, pets, items, cosmetics, and plenty of quality-of-life improvements. If you’re wondering what’s new and how to get the most out of this update, here’s a complete guide.

Fall Market Event

The Fall Market introduces 4 new festival stalls: seeds, pets, gear, and cosmetics. Players can work together to trigger a Fall Bloom, which restocks the shops and activates fall weather. To trigger a Fall Bloom, you’ll need to submit plants with specific traits to the Wise Tree. Each contribution also rewards you with a set of random fall-themed items.

• Restock has a 5-minute cooldown
• Plant traits rotate hourly
• The more Fall Blooms you trigger, the more festival stalls expand
• Items can be purchased with Sheckles

New Plants

Several new crops are available to grow and collect:

• Maple Resin
• Golden Peach
• Mangrove
• Kniphofia
• Carnival Pumpkin
• Meyer Lemon
• Parsley
• Turnip

New Pets

The update adds multiple new pets, including the Swan, along with 8+ more pets that can be unlocked through events or special items.

New Items

Plenty of new items are now available to boost gameplay and add variety:

• Fall Egg – contains one of 5 possible pets
• Fall Crate – contains one of 5 possible cosmetics
• Golden Acorn – resets a pet’s age to 1 and gives a random mutation
• Harvest Basket – drops food to nearby pets automatically
• Bonfire – temporary boost for cooking & fall-related pets
• Maple Sprinkler – boosts growth speed, fruit size, & mutation chance for fall plants
• Maple Leaf Charm – summons rain
• Maple Syrup – gives a pet 50 XP
• Leaf Blower – grants a temporary speed boost
• Maple Leaf Kite, Sky Lantern, Firefly Jar

Events & Cosmetics

The season also brings fall weather and new plant mutations. On top of that, there are more than 6 new cosmetics, including the Fall Fountain, which periodically grants the “Fall” mutation.

• Shovel prompt now appears for all seed variants
• JumpPad & Stoplight cosmetics can now be deleted
• Waffles require only 3 ingredients, making them easier to craft
