Progressing in Type Soul can be tricky, especially when you’re exploring the dangerous layers of Hell. One of the most challenging spots is the Type Soul Library, hidden deep inside Ring 3. This guide explains how to reach the Library, solve its rhyme puzzles, and arrange the books in the correct order so you can move forward toward unlocking stronger abilities.

Getting to the Type Soul Library

To access the Library, you’ll need to go through Hell, which starts at the skeleton-covered gate near the basketball court in Karakura Town. Keep in mind that you must have your second form unlocked to enter. Once inside, travel through the layers of Hell until you reach Ring 3.

Before reaching the Library, you’ll face a maze. This maze isn’t just a random puzzle — it’s also where you’ll find the Bamboo Hat Man, an NPC who grants Vows. These Vows are important for crafting and boosting your personal build.

When you manage to exit the maze, the game will automatically teleport you to the Library entrance.

Library Puzzle Challenge

At the Library, your next task is to pass through the Library Gate. To do this, you must solve a set of rhyme-based puzzles tied to five special books scattered inside. If you make a mistake, you’ll have to restart the Library puzzles, but you won’t be sent back to the first layer of Hell — only to the beginning of the Library section.

Book Riddle Answers

Each book contains a riddle that you need to answer correctly:

• Story of the King — Answer: I Worship the King.
• Power Unmatched — Answer: My Power is Absolute.

Correct Book Order

After solving all riddles, arrange the books in this sequence to open the Library Gate:

When the order is correct, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive the Library Gate item, allowing you to move deeper inside.
