Seed Stages Grow a Garden Event Guide, New Pets & More!

The Seed Stages Event is finally set to arrive in Grow a Garden with the release of Update 1.25.0. Running from September 27th, 2025, until October 11th, 2025, this limited-time event will introduce brand-new mechanics, evolving plants, exclusive seeds, rare items, and even new pets. What is the Seed Stages Event?

Unlike past events, the Seed Stages update introduces Evo Plants, a special type of plant that evolves over time and comes with extra stats to manage. Players will need to care for these plants in a new way, ensuring their health, growth rate, and size multiplier are balanced.

This mechanic makes gardening more dynamic, as you’ll not only plant and harvest but also feed, mutate, and evolve your crops into stronger versions.

How Evo Plants Work

Evo Plants function differently than standard crops. They come with three unique stats:

• Plant Health – Keep plants healthy by feeding them fruit or food.
• Growth Rate – Healthy plants grow faster, so tending them regularly is key.
• Size Multiplier – Use gardening gears like watering cans to increase fruit size.

Another twist is that mutations can carry over, giving long-term value to how you care for your plants.
