He’s hard to miss — the Jack-O-Lantern looks like a large glowing pumpkin with an orange aura and a carved face. However, he doesn’t stay around all the time. The NPC appears every 2 hours and disappears again after just 5 minutes, so timing is everything if you want to interact with him.
Jack-O-Lantern Spawn Schedule
Jack-O-Lantern follows a fixed spawn timer in server time, appearing every two hours:
- 12:00
- 14:00
- 16:00
- 18:00
- and continues every 2 hours afterward.
To avoid missing him, it’s best to be in the lobby a few minutes early. Once the 5-minute window ends, he’ll vanish and won’t return until the next spawn cycle.
How to Interact with Jack-O-Lantern
When Jack-O-Lantern appears, you can offer him certain plants to receive a “trick” or a “treat.” Here’s how:
- Hold a plant or fruit from your inventory.
- Approach Jack-O-Lantern beside the Witch.
- Press the Interact button.
- Select Submit Held Plant to hand it over.
- Wait for the result — either a reward or nothing at all.
Possible Results:
- Treat: Candy Corn or a rare item like the Spooky Egg.
- Trick: No reward (the Jack-O-Lantern simply grins at you).
What Plants Jack-O-Lantern Accepts
Unlike the Witch, who accepts any plant type, Jack-O-Lantern only takes Halloween-themed plants, including:
