- Talk to the NPC – He will teleport you to a new Turbo Dungeon once you meet the requirements.
- Get the Turbo Key – This key is needed to access the dungeon and can be obtained through the Flag Capture game mode.
- Complete the Dungeon – Clear at least two stages of the Turbo Dungeon to unlock Okarun V2, also known as Turbo Exorcist.
