Fast travel can save you a lot of time in Escape from Duckov, especially once the map opens up and quests start sending you across different regions. The teleport system becomes available as you progress through the main questline, and this guide explains how to unlock it, how to use it, and where each teleport beacon can be found.
How to Unlock the Teleport System
You’ll naturally unlock the teleport feature as part of the story. Once you reach a certain point in the main questline, you’ll gain access to a Teleport Station that allows you to fast travel between different zones.
To activate this system, you’ll need to find and power up teleport beacons scattered throughout the map. Each beacon must be discovered manually before it can be used for teleportation.
Once activated, teleporting costs 250 credits, which is significantly cheaper than the 5,000 credits it normally takes to travel the same distance without fast travel.
1. Ground Zero Teleport Beacon
- Location: Road Camp Area
The first teleport beacon you’ll likely find is located near the Road Camp in the Ground Zero region. It’s a crucial early-game fast travel point, but it’s not unlocked immediately — you’ll need to defeat a boss in the area before you can activate it.
Once you’ve cleared the enemies and activated the beacon, Ground Zero becomes a permanent teleport destination. This makes it much easier to return for farming or completing side quests in the area.
2. Warehouse Teleport Beacon
- Location: Near Gas Station and Extraction Point
The second teleport location is found in the Warehouse zone. When you reach this area, look for a Gas Station — the teleport beacon is close by, not far from the main extraction point.
Interact with the beacon to activate it, and you’ll be able to teleport back to this zone anytime. This saves you from having to use the zipline or retrace your steps every time you need to visit the warehouse.
3. Upcoming Teleport Unlock: Farm Town
- The Farm Town teleport beacon isn’t available right away.
You’ll unlock it later in the game as you progress further through the story. Once it becomes accessible, you’ll need to travel there manually for the first time, locate the beacon, and then activate it just like the others. After that, Farm Town will be permanently available as a teleport option from your station.
How to Use the Teleporter
- Visit a Teleport Station in your hideout or any zone where you’ve activated one.
- Select the destination you’ve already unlocked.
- Pay 250 credits to fast travel instantly.
- You’ll arrive directly at the corresponding beacon in the target zone.
This system is especially useful for completing repeatable missions, collecting resources, or quickly reaching quest objectives across the map.
So, Always activate beacons the first time you visit a new area. It’ll save time and money later. Keep an eye out for enemies or bosses guarding these locations — they’re often protected to ensure progression balance. Use teleportation strategically to reduce travel time between loot runs or mission hubs.
Unlocking teleportation in Escape from Duckov makes exploration far more efficient. With active beacons at Ground Zero, Warehouse, and eventually Farm Town, you’ll cut down travel costs and time dramatically.
Keep progressing through the main quests, activate each teleport beacon as you find it, and make full use of the 250-credit fast travel system to move across Duckov with ease.
