If you’ve been playing Steal a Brainrot and want to know everything about the Combination Brainrots — or “Combinasions,” as they’re called in-game — this guide has you covered. These unique creations are some of the rarest and most profitable brainrots in the entire game. Below, we’ll go through what they are, how they work, and how to get every single one currently available.
What Are Combination Brainrots?
Combination Brainrots are powerful fusion-type items that combine multiple existing brainrots into one. Each of them falls under the Secret rarity tier, meaning they’re both extremely rare and valuable.
Some can be crafted or purchased, while others appear only during special events or from specific Lucky Blocks. The best part is their massive money-per-second income, which makes them crucial for late-game progress and collectors alike.

How to Get Each Combination Brainrot
1. La Grande Combinasion
The most straightforward to obtain — just buy it for $1 billion directly from the conveyor belt. It mixes five different brainrots and generates $10 million per second. There’s also a 0.25% drop chance from the Admin Lucky Block, but the direct purchase is much faster.
2. La Karkerkar Combinasion
Once craftable but now unobtainable, this Secret brainrot originally cost $2.5 billion and produced $17.5 million/s, later nerfed to $600K/s after an event glitch. It used to be made with 2x La Grande Combinasion and 2x Karkerkar Kurkur, featuring a clock-themed design.
3. Los Combinasionas
A smaller, “baby” version of La Grande Combinasion that features mini versions of several brainrots. It costs $2 billion, earns $15 million/s, and can now only be found in the Los Lucky Block with a 1% drop chance — making it one of the rarest from that block.
4. La Sahur Combinasion
This craft-exclusive brainrot costs $550 million and earns $2 million/s. The recipe requires:
- 1x Ta Ta Ta Ta Sahur
- 1x Te Te Te Sahur
- 1x Graipuss Medussi
- 1x Job Job Job Sahur
Previously, Tung Tung Tung Sahur was part of the recipe before being removed.
5. La Supreme Combinasion
Among the strongest Combinasions, it costs $7 billion and produces $40 million/s. Made in the Fuse Machine, it fuses six top-tier brainrots, including Brr es Teh Patipum, Pot Hotspot, and Lirili Larila.
Players can increase their success rate by fusing strong Secrets like Chicleteira Bicicleteira or Esok Sekolah, giving about an 8% chance of success.
6. La Extinct Grande
This was the first limited-time brainrot ever released, based on La Grande Combinasion but redesigned with skeletal parts. It cost $3.2 billion, earned $23.5 million/s, and originally had 500,000 stock, later increased to 850,001. It’s now fully unobtainable.
7. La Spooky Grande
A Halloween-exclusive limited brainrot, created by fusing:
- Vampira Cappucina
- Zombie Tralala
- Frankentteo
- La Vacca Jacko Linterino
It cost $2.9 billion, made $24.5 million/s, and could only be created during the Witching Hour event. With 750,000 total units, it’s now out of stock.
8. La Secret Combinasion
One of the rarest and highest-paying brainrots in the entire game. It costs $50 billion, generates $125 million/s, and has a 0.5% drop rate from the Secret Lucky Block.
It’s made up of parts from Spaghetti Tualetti, Esok Sekolah, Pot Hotspot, and Torrtuginni Dragonfrutini. Despite its name, this brainrot doesn’t appear on the red carpet unless spawned by an admin.
9. Los Spooky Combinasionas
This Halloween-themed version of Los Combinasionas costs $3 billion, earns $20 million/s, and can be obtained from Spooky Lucky Blocks with a 1% drop rate. It was intentionally balanced to be slightly weaker than limited brainrots.
10. La Taco Combinasion
The newest addition, released during the Taco Tuesday 2025 event. Available at the Taco Truck with a 500,000 global stock limit, it costs $5 billion and pays $35 million/s. You’ll need these brainrots first:
- Quesadilla Crocodila
- Burrito Bandito
- Los Nooo My Hotspotsitos
- Mariachi Corazoni
It’s made from six taco-themed brainrots and has sold about 75,000 units, making it the least obtained limited brainrot to date.
Getting every Combination Brainrot in Steal a Brainrot takes time, patience, and a lot of in-game money. Still, they’re among the most rewarding and profitable items you can own. Whether you’re a casual player aiming for higher income or a collector chasing every rare item, completing your Combinasion collection is one of the best milestones in the game. Keep grinding, keep fusing, and don’t miss event drops — because once these limited brainrots are gone, they’re gone forever.
