All New R.E.P.O Halloween Creature and Enemies Guide, All Things You Need to Know!

The latest R.E.P.O update has finally arrived, introducing a lineup of new enemies with unique mechanics and behaviors. Each one poses a different kind of threat — from balloon-carrying tricksters to terrifying shadow creatures. This guide breaks down every new enemy, their stats, abilities, and the best ways to survive against them.

1. Birthday Boy (Tier 1 – 150 HP, 4 Strength)

Birthday Boy may look harmless, but don’t underestimate him. He roams the map placing balloons — and if one pops, prepare for a chase.

  • Behavior: Goes into attack mode for 30 seconds if his balloon pops.
  • Damage: 10 per hit, fast attacks.
  • Weakness: Standard weapons can take him down easily.
  • Tip: Avoid touching balloons. If one pops, keep moving and find cover.

2. Elsa (Tier 1 – 600 HP, Unliftable)

Elsa starts as a calm dog but transforms into a nightmare if ignored.

  • Behavior: Barking increases until transformation occurs after 15 seconds of neglect.
  • Damage: 5 per hit, plus 25 when you’re pushed into walls.
  • Tip: Keep her calm by staying near. If transformed, use stun weapons like the sledgehammer or lure her into pits.

3. Tick (Tier 1 – 10 HP, 0 Strength)

A tiny but tricky parasite that drains your HP when grabbed.

  • Behavior: Attaches to players, stealing 10 HP per second until killed.
  • Special: Restores all stolen HP after death.
  • Tip: Don’t panic — slam it against walls to finish it quickly. Wait until it’s “full” to regain the most health.

4. Bella (Tricycle) (Tier 1 – 200 HP, 9 Strength)

A creepy tricycle that becomes dangerous the longer you’re nearby.

  • Behavior: Rings its bell; after three rings, enters aggro mode.
  • Damage: 5 per hit.
  • Tip: Keep moving and use cover. Don’t swing while it attacks — it’ll knock your weapon around.

5. Gambit (Spinny) (Tier 2 – 150 HP, 9 Strength)

A deadly spinning wheel that forces players into a luck-based challenge.

  • Mechanic: Catches players and makes them spin a wheel with random effects (heal, damage, or money).
  • Tip: You can hit Gambit during the spin using melee weapons. In co-op, avoid stunning him while a teammate is grabbed — it causes 60 damage.

6. Heart hugger (Tier 2 – 300 HP, 9 Strength)

This strange creature attacks with gas and mind tricks.

  • Behavior: Pulls players toward a heart illusion before striking five times (30 damage each).
  • Tip: Use the sledgehammer to stun it mid-attack. In co-op, teammates can drag you out of range.

7. Oogly (Tier 2 – 200 HP, 9 Strength)

A flying enemy that punishes players who stand still.

  • Behavior: Detects players within a circle and dashes to grab and throw them.
  • Damage: Deals multiple ticks of fall damage.
  • Tip: Use stun or frag grenades. Stay out of open areas where he can dive easily.

8. Headgrab (Tier 2 – 150 HP, 4 Strength)

A basic but dangerous melee enemy with a creepy twist.

  • Behavior: Claws and dropkicks players. Can attach dead players’ heads to itself, boosting speed.
  • Tip: Grab the stolen head to stun it temporarily. In co-op, use teamwork to avoid multiple attacks.

9. Cleanup Crew (Bombthrower) (Tier 3 – 350 HP, 13 Strength)

This enemy mixes explosives with heavy attacks.

  • Behavior: Throws explosive heads that bounce and detonate for up to 90 damage. Leaves radiation that deals 15 damage per tick.
  • Tip: Move sideways to dodge bounces. Stay out of blast zones and watch for a second head after death.

10. Loom (Shadow) (Tier 3 – 500 HP, 13 Strength)

The most feared new enemy, Loom, attacks from anywhere on the map.

  • Behavior: Targets players once hands appear on the screen. Can attack through walls with long-range “claps.”
  • Damage: 100 per direct hit.
  • Weakness: Only damaged by weapons or items, not environment.
  • Tip: If targeted, keep moving in circles or jump to force it to give up. It can de-aggro after several failed attacks.

The R.E.P.O update brings some of the most unique and challenging enemies yet. Each requires different tactics — from managing your distance with Elsa to reacting fast against Loom. Learn their behavior patterns and bring the right weapons for the job.

For early-game players, be cautious with tier 3 enemies like Shadow and Bombthrower, as they can easily wipe unprepared teams. Keep exploring, experiment with weapons, and stay alert — the new update rewards those who adapt fast.
