The latest Sakura Stand update brings one of the most challenging and time-consuming evolutions ever added — Hogyoku Fused Aizen. What should’ve been a simple evolution turned into an intense 15-hour grind involving crafting, farming, RNG, and several boss fights. If you’re planning to evolve Aizen into his Hogyoku form, here’s a full breakdown of everything you’ll face and how to get it done efficiently. Also check out our Sakura Stand Codes for more rewards!

Step 1: Starting the Hogyoku Fusion Quest

To begin, you need to travel to Hueco Mundo and find the area near Aizen’s Castle. Fall into the void beside it, and you’ll reach a new zone filled with eerie visuals and highly detailed environments.

Here, you’ll meet the Underworld Prince of Darkness, who will start your first crafting task. Your first mission is to bring him the Sakura King Curry Set — the start of a long and painful chain of crafting recipes.

Step 2: Crafting Sakura King Curry Set

Sakura Stand Guide How to Get the New Hogyoku Fused Aizen

You’ll need multiple components that each require separate drops and crafted items. These include:

  • Amrita Drop
  • Gourmet Meal
  • Monosodium Glutamate
  • Honey, Cursed Eyes, and Menos’ Nose and more

Each of these items must be crafted by combining sub-materials that drop from different mobs in Hueco Mundo and the Cursed Realm. Expect long spawn timers and heavy RNG. Save every item you get, even duplicates. Some recipes will unexpectedly require multiple copies of the same component.

Step 3: Farming Key Items

You’ll need to farm several rare enemy drops to progress through the crafting tree:

  • Cursed Eyes & Glutton Curses: Dropped from Cursed-type enemies.
  • Honeycomb: Used to make alternative universe honey.
  • Menos’ Nose: Dropped from weaker “Menos Grande” variants.
  • Gillians’ Nose: Used later in crafting Rib Eye.

Each of these materials ties into creating your Gourmet Meal and other main dishes required for Aizen’s evolution.

Step 4: Completing the Amrita Drop & Sugar Sapphire

Once you’ve finished the main dishes, the Prince will ask for a dessert item — the Sugar Sapphire. This part is just as brutal. You’ll need:

  • Berry Fruit or Bomu Fruit (from fruit chests)
  • Magic Ore (farmable but slow)

After gathering everything, bring the Sugar Sapphire to the Prince. He’ll open the path to the next trial.

Step 5: Facing the Boss Trials

Once you deliver all the food and dessert, you’ll face several boss trials that test your combat and patience. These include:

  1. Mad Scientist – Fairly weak, serves as the intro.
  2. Johto – Tougher boss, use counter skills wisely.
  3. Vigilante – Aggressive with quick moves, but counterable.
  4. Eternal Vampire – Weaker than expected, but has annoying regen.
  5. Sorcerer Killer – The final step before Aizen’s awakening.

After defeating all of them, you’ll encounter Aizen’s cutscene event, which is easily one of Sakura Stand’s best visual moments.

Step 6: Obtaining the True Hogyoku

After all trials, you’ll finally receive the True Hogyoku, the key item to evolve Aizen into his fused form. Use it to unlock Aizen Sosuke (Hogyoku Fusion) — a new evolution with devastating power and stylish attacks.

The Hogyoku Fused Aizen evolution is one of the toughest grinds in Sakura Stand. From long crafting chains to RNG-dependent drops, this update pushes your patience to the limit. The final reward is powerful and flashy — but only the most dedicated players will endure the “15-hour Uber Eats shift” grind to get it.

If you’re planning to attempt it, stock up on patience, craft every drop carefully, and prepare for a long session. For those who make it to the end, the result is absolutely worth the pain.
