The Halloween update for Plants vs Brainrots is officially here, bringing a full week of exclusive rewards, spooky enemies, and limited-time content. From November 1 to November 8, players can collect a new currency called Candy Corn, which can be traded for rare items, special crates, and unique Brainrots that disappear once the event ends.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Plants vs Brainrots Spooky Event, including how to farm Candy Corn efficiently and what you can buy before time runs out. Also check out our Plants vs Brainrots Codes for those interested!
What Is the Spooky Event?
The Spooky Event is Plants vs Brainrots’ Halloween celebration, featuring a haunted house on Central Island and tons of themed challenges. Players can explore the event area, take on new Halloween bosses, and collect Candy Corn to unlock limited rewards.
The center of the event is the Spooky Event Shop, located at the back of Central Island. You’ll need to unlock the island first if you haven’t already. Once there, you can trade your Candy Corn for event crates, Halloween card packs, and exclusive Brainrots.
How to Get Candy Corn in the Spooky Event
Candy Corn is the main event currency and can only be earned through gameplay — not by spending Robux. Below are the main ways to collect it efficiently:
1. Defeat Halloween Mutated Brainrots
These special enemies replace regular Brainrots during the event. You can spot them by their Halloween-themed appearances — CandyCorn, Pumpkin, and Headless variants.
They spawn randomly, but their rates are higher during admin events. Use your strongest plants or melee weapons like the Bat to take them down quickly for more Candy Corn.
2. Join Admin Abuse Events
The Admin Abuse Events are the best time to farm Candy Corn. These limited sessions feature nonstop Halloween Brainrot spawns, plus a progress bar that fills as you defeat enemies. Completing the bar grants bonus rewards like Halloween Card Packs and extra Candy Corn.
Keep an eye on developer Jandel’s announcements, as more of these events may appear throughout the week.
3. AFK Farming Method
If you can’t play actively, you can still farm Candy Corn by setting up strong plants in a good defensive spot. Let them handle the enemies automatically while you stay idle — Candy Corn will continue to accumulate slowly over time.
All Spooky Event Shop Rewards
Once you’ve gathered enough Candy Corn, head to the Spooky Event Shop to redeem it for special rewards. There are several items to choose from:
1. Candy Brainrot Crate (100 Candy Corn)
This crate includes one of four limited-edition Halloween Brainrots:
- Skellini Footera 50%
- Cerebrancio 25%
- Casketo 20%
- Headless Horseman 5%
2. Candy Spooky Crate (50 Candy Corn)
A cheaper option offering Halloween cosmetics and card packs. Possible rewards include:
- Web Grenade 30%
- Halloween Card Pack 25%
- Skellini Footera 20%
- Medusa’s Head 15%
- Witch Potion 10%
3. Halloween Card Pack (150 Candy Corn)
For players aiming to collect cards, this pack contains event-exclusive cards with higher rare and epic drop rates. You can get cards like Flash Mob, Trick or Treat, Harvest Moon, Ricochet, and more. These cards are powerful additions for building new strategies and won’t be available again after November 8.
4. Spooky Crate (249 Robux)
This is the only premium item in the event, available for purchase on Central Island. Each crate costs 249 Robux and includes one of four exclusive plants:
- Cursed Pumpkin
- Sinister Grape
- Skullflower
- Hollow Tree
While these plants are among the strongest in the event, they’re optional for free-to-play players who can still earn plenty of rewards using Candy Corn.
The Plants vs Brainrots Spooky Event is packed with limited-time content, from powerful Brainrots to unique Halloween cosmetics. Focus on farming Candy Corn through Admin Abuse Events, spend wisely on Card Packs and Brainrot Crates, and grab as much as you can before November 8. Even if you skip the Robux crate, there’s still more than enough free content to enjoy during this spooky celebration.
