Finding rare eggs in Raise Animals can be one of the most exciting parts of the game. With the latest updates, players now have access to an incubation pod that allows them to hatch and fuse eggs, giving a chance to obtain exclusive animals like the Mosasaurus. In this guide, we’ll break down how to find eggs, increase their tier, and maximize your chances for rare hatches.
Step 1: Unlock the CRETATERRA Biome
Eggs can only be found in the CRETATERRA biome. To access it:
- Go to Play → Maps.
- Scroll down and purchase the CRETATERRA biome. It costs around 5 million in-game currency.
- Enter the biome in-game to start searching for egg falls.
All other biomes do not spawn eggs, so make sure the CRETATERRA biome is unlocked before trying to farm.
Step 2: Egg Falls
Once in the CRETATERRA biome:
- There is a 20% chance for an egg fall to occur whenever you enter the biome.
- When an egg fall happens, three eggs spawn.
- Each egg has a 30% chance to drop an actual egg and a 70% chance to drop rubies instead.
Keep in mind, finding an egg fall can take time. Even with dozens of biomes explored, it may take hours before one occurs. Patience is key.
Step 3: Using the Incubation Pod
- Go back to your lobby and open the Incubation Pod.
- Select the egg you collected and choose Egg Fusion.
- You can hatch the egg at its current tier or fuse it with others to increase its tier.
- Higher tiers improve your chances of obtaining rare animals.

Eggs have different tiers, with tier 5 being the highest:

After fusion, place the egg in the Hatch Egg tab. Standard hatching takes two hours, but you can skip the timer at a cost.
Once hatched, the Mosasaurus will appear in your plot. At age 1, it already takes up a large portion of your plot and will grow significantly as it ages. While its appearance is impressive, keep in mind it is slower than many other animals in-game.
