Blood Manipulation just received a full rework in Weak Legacy 2, and this update brings new skills, new mastery levels, and two secret passives that completely change how the style works. Also check out our Weak Legacy 2 Codes for more rewards!

Many players are rushing to unlock everything as fast as possible, so this guide breaks down the full progression from getting the rework, leveling it, farming the sickles, unlocking the secret passives, and grabbing the ultimate. This walkthrough follows the quickest method so you can finish the entire Blood Manipulation setup without wasting time.

How to Get the Blood Manipulation Rework

The first step is unlocking the rework itself. Head to the Demon Cave near the Mugen Train Station. Inside, look for Guaro, the trainer for Blood Manipulation.
To start the quest, you only need:

  • Level 15
  • 10K Yen

Talk to Guaro, accept the quest, and you’ll be asked to defeat 25 Demon Slayers in the area. This part is simple but takes a bit of time. Once all 25 are defeated, the rework unlocks immediately. Even if your skill icons look slightly different after the update, the requirements to unlock them stay the same.

Leveling Up Mastery Fast

To access every skill including the ultimate, you need around 120 mastery. The fastest way to reach that level is by farming Yahaba. He gives high mastery per kill, and it usually takes only four to five kills to reach the required level. Once your mastery hits 120, you’re ready to farm the sickles, ultimate, and the two secret passives tied to Blood Manipulation.

How to Get the Sickles and the First Secret Passive

Start at the Mugen Train Station and head toward the second village. Outside the area, you’ll find Gyutaro. This is the boss you need to defeat repeatedly.

Gyutaro drops two things:

  • The Sickle Passive
  • Blood Scythe Reap (Ultimate)

The drop rate isn’t guaranteed, so expect several attempts before getting everything. Most players take around 15–20 minutes of farming.

What the Sickle Passive Does

Once unlocked, your Blood Manipulation abilities gain poison damage.
Important notes:

  • Poison only applies to your abilities, not M1s.
  • Each skill cast has a chance to trigger poison.
  • The poison deals damage over time, which stacks up quickly during fights.

When poison procs, you’ll see a separate damage tick, and it can hit surprisingly hard, especially at max mastery.

The Second Secret Passive: Blood Death

Many players thought this passive revives you, but it does not. Instead, Blood Death triggers a massive explosion when you die.

Here’s how it works:

  • When you fall in battle or reset, your body explodes.
  • The explosion deals very high damage to anything nearby.
  • It’s strong enough to wipe NPCs and chunk bosses for a huge amount.

It’s basically a last-hit revenge explosion that can clear enemies around you. In some situations, this passive can delete mobs instantly.

Unlocking the Ultimate

During your Gyutaro farming, you’ll also eventually get the Blood Scythe Reap ultimate. This is the final required ability for the full rework setup. Once unlocked, you get the complete Blood Manipulation kit with all skills and both passives ready to use.

With the right route, unlocking the Blood Manipulation rework doesn’t take long. Get the quest from the Demon Cave, power-level your mastery through Yahaba, farm Gyutaro for the sickles and ultimate, and make sure both secret passives are unlocked in Weak Legacy 2.

Once everything is complete, you’ll have the full reworked version with poison abilities, high-impact passives, and a strong ultimate ready for PvE or PvP. This setup hits hard, progresses fast, and is one of the most enjoyable styles in the latest update of Weak Legacy 2.
