Deadly Delivery is a tense survival-and-escape game where every run pushes you deeper into a collapsing underground facility. Your job is simple on paper—collect food supplies for a failing fast-food shop—but each level hides monsters, traps, and tight corridors that make the task far more dangerous. Before you jump into the elevator and head below, it helps to know how the game works, how to prepare, and what to expect as you descend.

What Deadly Delivery Is

The game sends you down into a series of underground floors where you gather food items, earn money, and try to reach the surface alive. After returning topside, everything you collected can be sold to an NPC for cash. Every new level becomes tougher, with faster enemies and deadlier traps.

1. Elevator System

The lobby contains three elevators, each forming a room that can hold up to four players. Enter any elevator to begin a run. Once the doors close, you’ll drop into the first underground level where exploration begins.

While exploring, a money bar appears at the top of your screen. Picking up food items fills this bar. Once it’s full, you must return to the elevator and deposit everything. After depositing, the whole team must vote:

  • Deep – Continue to the next underground level.
  • Evacuate – Leave the facility and return to the surface.

Team majority decides the outcome.

If you die on a level, you’re automatically sent back above ground and keep all items collected before that floor.

2. Level Difficulty

Each descending level becomes more dangerous. Expect tougher monster encounters, more traps, and harsher environments. Coordination with your team becomes increasingly important the deeper you go.

3. All Playable Classes

You can buy classes from the NPC in the lobby. Each class has its own role and may require tasks to unlock or upgrade.

  • Odd Jobber – $100
  • Veterinarian – $2500
  • Chef – $3000
  • Sprinter – $10000
  • Baseballer – $12000
  • Porter – $30000

Pick the one that fits your playstyle and income goals.

5. Gear and Shop System

A Gears NPC on the surface sells one-use items that restock every five minutes. These tools help you survive underground and improve your odds of clearing each level.

Available gear:

  • Flashlight – $50
  • Bandages – $100
  • Box – $100
  • Bloxy Cola – $150
  • Hourglass – $150
  • Revive Syringe – $200
  • Baseball Bat – $200
  • Teleporter – $250
  • Z-Ray Gun – $700

A vending machine inside the elevator offers additional quick-buy gear during runs.

6. Carry Limit and Inventory

Your in-run carrying limit is four items—no more. Once your slots are full, you must return to the elevator to deposit everything.

Your long-term inventory starts at 200 slots, which can be expanded using in-game currency from the inventory menu.

Tips to Play Deadly Delivery

  • Use the vending machine if essential gear isn’t nearby in the level.
  • Choose a class that supports your preferred role—speed, damage, or utility.
  • Deposit items often since you can only carry four at a time.
  • If you get stuck outside while the elevator is closing, hit the red button to reopen it.
  • When the money bar is full, all players must reach the elevator quickly to proceed.

Deadly Delivery mixes teamwork, exploration, and survival into a fast-paced underground challenge. As long as you manage your gear, communicate with your squad, and keep an eye on your inventory, you’ll be able to push deeper levels and earn more cash each run. Master the elevators, learn each class, and use every tool available—survival depends on it.
