The underground in Deadly Delivery isn’t just dark—it’s filled with creatures that can ruin a run in seconds if you’re not prepared. Each monster behaves differently, and knowing what you’re up against helps you move faster, avoid danger, and keep your valuable items safe. This guide breaks down every monster currently in the game and gives clear tips on how to deal with each one. Also check out our Deadly Delivery Beginner Guide for more!

1. Turkey

These birds roam around completely on fire, sprinting at anyone they see. If they reach you, they’ll set you ablaze and drain your health quickly. The good news is they burn out after a short time and turn into a cooked turkey you can collect. The safest strategy is to keep your distance, let them run in circles, and wait for them to collapse.

2. Mimic / Clone

Mimics copy the appearance of you or your teammates, making them easy to mistake for a real player. They rush in and claw at you once they get close, so keep your eyes open for odd movement. If someone appears twice or acts strangely, back up and prepare to run. Keeping the team close helps confirm who is real.

3. Running Food

This “monster” isn’t harmful, just annoying. It looks like normal food until it grows legs and sprints off the moment you try to grab it. It can waste precious time, especially when you’re trying to fill the money bar quickly. If it starts moving, ignore it and focus on real items.

4. Worm

Worms hide in the ground with only teeth peeking above the floor. Stepping on them triggers a bite that chunks your health. They’re stationary, so once spotted, you can avoid them easily. Trouble comes when you’re running from something else or trying to reach valuable items. Move slowly through tight spaces and watch the floor carefully.

5. Refrigerator Mimic

Fridges are usually sources of frozen food, but some hide a creature with teeth and tentacles. There’s no way to know until you open one, so always stand back before interacting. If it reveals itself, retreat immediately and avoid the surrounding area. Safe fridges are worth checking, but never open one while low on health.

6. Puppet

Found in Industrial-level floors, the Puppet works like classic “don’t blink” enemies. If your crosshair is on it, the Puppet stops moving. Look away, and it rushes toward the nearest player. The safest method is for teammates to take turns keeping it in view while the others gather items. If it gets close, it drags you in and deals heavy damage.

7. Crocodile

This creature lives in flooded rooms with a valuable egg placed in the center. The egg is worth a lot, but the moment someone grabs it, the Crocodile rises and charges on two legs. Only attempt this when the floor is fully cleared, and everyone is ready to escape. As soon as the player with the egg reaches the elevator, close the doors and leave instantly.

Every monster in Deadly Delivery brings a different type of threat, but once you understand their behavior, you can move through floors with confidence. Whether it’s avoiding hidden worms, staying alert for dangerous mimics, or planning around the Crocodile’s egg, preparation goes a long way. Use the patterns above to stay alive, protect your loot, and make every run more efficient.
