Class Tier List for The Lost Front
This tier list is built around practicality, ease of use, and how much impact each class provides during matches.
S Tier – Medic
The Medic might unlock at level 5, but it quickly becomes one of the most valuable roles in the entire game. Being able to heal yourself and your team keeps your squad alive longer, which is key in fights around checkpoints. Medics also level up fast because healing teammates gives consistent experience. Strong survivability and team impact put Medic at the top.
A Tier – Assault
Assault is your all-rounder and the first class you get. It’s easy to use, comes with reliable weapons, and works well in trenches, buildings, and open fields. New players will find it the smoothest path for learning the map and earning early XP. It doesn’t have any fancy tools, but its simplicity makes it extremely dependable.
B Tier – Marksman
Unlocked at level 10, Marksman gives you long-range firepower. It’s great if you like picking off enemies from afar or controlling open areas. However, the class becomes tougher to use on maps with lots of trenches and cover. Good aim turns Marksman into a strong option, but it’s not as flexible as Assault or Medic.
C Tier – Drone Operator
Available at level 16, Drone Operator is the most specialized class. Being able to fly drones for scouting or surprise attacks is fun, but it requires practice and leaves you exposed while controlling the drone. It’s more of a support pick than a reliable combat class, which makes it the least consistent choice for beginners.
How to Unlock Each Class
Progression in The Lost Front is simple: gain experience through kills, captures, and match participation. As you increase your level, new classes become available.
1. Assault – Unlocked from the start
No requirements. This is your default class.
2. Medic – Unlocks at Level 5
Focus on getting kills and supporting your team to reach this level quickly. Once unlocked, you’ll gain access to healing tools that make leveling even easier.
3. Marksman – Unlocks at Level 10
Keep playing with Assault or Medic until you hit level 10. From here, you can start playing long-range roles and controlling sightlines.
4. Drone Operator – Unlocks at Level 16
This is the final class and requires more experience than the others. Once unlocked, you can equip drones for scouting and attacks.
Which Class Should You Use First?
Start with Assault for smooth early progression, then switch to Medic as soon as you unlock it. The healing tools make it one of the fastest classes for leveling. Choose Marksman if you prefer long-range play, and try Drone Operator only when you’re comfortable with the game.
Classes in The Lost Front give you plenty of ways to approach each fight, and unlocking them is part of what keeps the game fun. Whether you prefer rushing into trenches, helping teammates survive, or scouting with drones. Use this tier list as a guide, climb through the levels, and find the playstyle that fits you best.
