Traits play a big role in Steal a Brainrots. They don’t just change how a Brainrot looks, but also affect how much income it produces over time. Because of that, many players chase traits to boost their earnings, flex visuals, or complete collections. Some traits are always possible to get, while others only appear during certain events or under very rare conditions.

The most famous trait so far is Strawberry, known for multiplying income by eight times, making it one of the most valuable boosts in the game. If you’re trying to understand how traits work and which ones exist, this guide breaks down all available trait categories.

What is a Trait?

A trait is a modification applied to a Brainrot that changes its visual appearance and income rate. Unlike mutations, traits can stack, meaning a single Brainrot can have multiple traits at once. Each trait comes with its own multiplier, rarity, and method of obtaining. Some traits only show up during limited-time events, seasonal updates, or through specific rituals. Others are extremely rare and only appear during admin-controlled events.

All Traits Known Currently

Traits are divided into several categories depending on how they spawn:

  1. OG Events These include well-known traits like Strawberry (8x) and Meowl (7x). They usually appear during early or special event triggers, sometimes with environmental changes like red skies or themed decorations.

  2. Seasonal Events Only available during certain times, like Halloween. Examples include Jack-O’-Lantern (6x), RIP Tombstone (5x), Witch Hat (4.5x), and Extinct (4x). Most of these were linked to rotating hourly events and some are no longer available.

  3. Ritual Events These traits come from performing certain rituals or during Admin Abuse. Examples include Paint (6x), Tie (4.75x), Spider (3.5x), Shark Fin (4x), and more. Ritual events often include specific animations or interactions before a trait is applied.

  4. Country Events These traits are themed around countries and culture, and mostly appear during Admin Abuse. Notable ones include Brazil (6x), Indonesia (5x), and Sombrero Mexico (3x).

  5. Admin Only Events As the name suggests, these traits cannot appear unless triggered by an admin. These include Fire (6x), Lightning Dragon (6x), Nyan (6x), Disco (5x), Crab Claw (5x), and even negative traits like Sleepy, which cuts income by half.

  6. Natural Events These are random environmental occurrences not tied to admin intervention. Examples include Snowy (3x), Wet (3x), and Comet-Struck (3.5x). There’s also a special one called 1x1x1x1 that appears daily at a fixed time.

C-Tier Traits (Low Value, Common)

These traits provide little benefit and are usually not worth focusing on unless you’re starting out.

  • Rain Trait – 2.5x Multiplier
Very common; appears frequently with water drop icons.
  • ZZZ Trait – 0.5x Multiplier
From Admin Abuse War events. This one actually reduces your income, so avoid it.

So, Always aim for S-Tier or A-Tier traits if you want to earn the most money. B-Tier traits are fine for regular play but not ideal for maximizing returns. Avoid C-Tier unless you’re collecting or have no better options. You can stack multiple traits on one Brainrot to boost its value even further.

Watch the conveyor belt closely during events, and be ready to buy valuable Brainrots before others do. By focusing on the top-tier traits and staying active during events, you can easily boost your profits and dominate the leaderboard in Steal a Brainrot.
