Volleyball legends Update 46 Guide, New Codes & Modes!

Volleyball Legends has released Update 46, and this one brings a lot of changes meant to shake up progression, rewards, and the way players earn cosmetics. If you’re jumping in, this guide breaks down every major change, including the new 3 Strike Challenge mode, shop overhaul, new currency, codes, and limited-time events.

New Gamemode: 3 Strike Challenge

The biggest feature in this update is a limited challenge mode: 3 Strike Challenge. This is a 1v1 mode where every match counts. You get only three chances before the game starts charging you gems to continue. Each loss removes one life, so consistency is important. The better you do, the more rewards you earn before running out of attempts.

• Yen
• Gems

The mode was tested with advanced players to ensure balanced rewards, but adjustments may happen later based on player feedback.

New Currency: Gems

Alongside the new mode comes a new currency: Gems.

Gems are mainly earned through the 1v1 challenge, and they are used in the shop to buy cosmetics that were originally locked behind Robux. This gives free-to-play players a new way to progress without spending. The developers also confirmed that more gem-earning methods will be added soon. Possibilities include:

For now, the fastest way to get gems is through the new game mode and redeeming codes.

Shop Rework

The shop has been redesigned to give players more options and less randomness. The new layout features:

Some previously released exclusive items have returned, but the rarest cosmetics will remain exclusive to protect early player achievements.

Ranked Re-Queue System

A quality-of-life change allows ranked players to vote for a re-queue if the matchmaking system creates a high ping situation. The system checks ping at the start of the match and offers a retry if needed. This should prevent unfair matches and reduces the frustration of server mismatch.

Balance Changes

The update comes with a key adjustment targeting HAKKA. Even though the win rate was only 54 percent in high-level matches, the developers decided he needed tuning. Changes include:

• Clone server interactions removed
• Charge time increased
• Charge gain per rally reduced from 20 to 10

The goal is to keep him strong but not overwhelming.

2x Lucky Weekend Event

A limited luck bonus event is live from Nov 22–24, 2025.

During this period:

• Secret pity reduced from 200 to 100 spins
• Secret style and ability chances increased from 0.5% to 1%
• Ultra pity reduced from 400 to 200
• Ultra roll chances increased
