Spiral Trial is currently one of the toughest challenges in Anime Last Stand. Many players struggle to clear it even with a full team, let alone solo. The stage introduces shielded enemies and the Anti-Spiral boss, who not only has massive HP but can also reduce your damage output and stun your units.

Recommended Team Setup
For a solo run, the core setup revolves around Rimuru as your main carry. The supporting units will help prevent stuns, boost damage, and allow proper farming. Suggested team:
- Rimuru (Main DPS)
- Subaru (Stun Redirect Support)
- Grammy (Crafting and Gluttony Synergy)
- Simon (Required for progression)
- Bulma or another money unit
Subaru is key here because he absorbs stun effects, preventing your DPS from being disabled during important damage windows.
Early Game Strategy: Farm + Setup
For the first few waves:
- Place your farming unit and upgrade steadily.
- Drop Subaru early so stun mechanics stay under control.
- Place Rimuru and begin upgrading once income is stable.
There’s currently a visual bug where attack effects may still appear despite being turned off. If this happens, toggle the setting on and off again to reset visuals.
How to Build Rimuru Correctly
To make this strategy work, Rimuru needs to be fully crafted and upgraded. Follow this process:
- Unlock essential skills through Reality Warp.
- Use skill crafting on Grammy with the correct order: Water, Fire, Dark!
- Use Gluttony Ally on Grammy each time to unlock new elements.
- Repeat until all Rimuru skills are available.
Once all crafting is complete, save up until you have one million cash to unlock True Dragon Form. After activating it, apply it to Subaru or Grammy for maximum effect and reposition accordingly.
Mid and Late Game Full Power Rimuru
Once Rimuru reaches his full potential with True Dragon and all skills active, he becomes strong enough to spawn-camp enemies. From this point:
- Keep upgrading Rimuru until maximum tier.
- Use Soul Gluttony for bonus damage when needed.
- Save major abilities like Aztoth burst for the Anti-Spiral boss.
Expect the final boss to enter a second phase with enormous health. The goal here is simple—stay alive and let Rimuru do the work while you dodge character-based damage effects.
Replacement Options
If you don’t have the exact team, replacements are limited because the stage mechanics require very specific roles. Possible swaps:
- Grammy → Benimaru
- Subaru → Lelouch
However, Subaru remains the best pick because of his stun absorption. Simon must remain in the team since his participation is tied to Godly progression requirements.
