Hypershot Turkey Hunt Event Guide, All You need to Know & Rewards!
Hypershot’s Thanksgiving update brings a special Turkey Hunt event, giving players a fun way to farm seasonal currency and unlock limited-time cosmetics. The whole activity revolves around tracking down NPC turkeys across multiple maps, collecting Coins and Turkey Legs, then spending them in the Thanksgiving Shop.
This guide breaks everything down so you can clear the event efficiently and grab every reward before it ends. Also check out our Hypershot Passive tier list for those interested!
Best Game Modes for the Turkey Hunt Event
The Turkey Hunt begins automatically whenever you join a Regular Match, no matter which mode you pick. That said, some modes make the grind much smoother because you deal with fewer objectives and distractions. The most efficient mode for farming turkeys is Team Deathmatch. Here’s why:
- No complicated goals to slow you down
- No friendly fire to worry about
- More open freedom to move around and chase NPC turkeys
- Simple gameplay loop—stay alive, get kills, and farm turkeys in between
If you’re aiming for lots of Coins and Turkey Legs quickly, stick with TDM.
How the Turkey Hunt Event Works
The event is straightforward:
- Find Turkey NPCs wandering around regular match maps
- Shoot them before they escape
- Collect Coins (guaranteed) and Turkey Legs (random drop)
- Spend your currency in the Thanksgiving Shop
A few things to keep in mind:
- Turkeys have way less HP than actual players
- They don’t attack you, but they will run the moment they spot you
- Each turkey drops 100 Coins every time
- Turkey Legs drop based on chance
There’s also a rare version called the Rainbow Turkey. This one:
- Drops more Coins
- Drops more Turkey Legs
- Grants the Rainbow Turkey Leg skin automatically
If you ever see one, drop everything and take it out first.
