Rogue Piece December QOL Update Guide, New Features Explained!

Rogue Piece recently released a major Quality of Life (QOL) update, bringing new systems, changes to grinding, and some huge trait improvements. If you’re active in the game or just returning, this update improves progression, farming, and overall gameplay. Here’s a breakdown of every important addition and how it affects your grind. Also check out our Rogue Piece December Codes for more rewards!

Ancient Trait System & New Trait: “Ancient One”

The highlight of this update is the new trait rarity Ancient, along with an Ancient Pity System. Players now have a guaranteed pull after:

  • 1,000 Trait Rolls
  • Cost: 500,000 Gems

It’s still expensive, but having pity makes hunting for rare traits more realistic.

Ancient One Trait Strengths

The Ancient One trait offers:

  • Heavy damage boosts
  • High M1 damage
  • Large defensive buff

The cooldowns are long, but players can easily reset cooldowns between fights, making it perfect for solo grinding. When paired with:

  • Soul Spirit
  • Demon Race
  • High-Damage Specs

Even weaker specs like One For All and Shadow Garu start doing massive numbers.

Ideal for: Solo boss farming, late-game clearing, and high DPS setups.

New Title: 25 Million Gold Reward

Players now unlock a special title by holding 25 million gold. While it sounds simple, it requires active farming. The reward is worth the effort:

  • +40% Gem Gain

If you want to roll traits or upgrade enchants more efficiently, this title is a priority.

Auto Repeat Quest

A simple yet life-saving feature for grinders, especially players with lag or slow devices. Once enabled in Settings, quests automatically repeat without needing to press Accept every time. Perfect for:

  • AFK questing
  • Long farming sessions
  • Players grinding missions fast

New Boss Missions

The update adds more challenging missions involving popular bosses, including:

  • Eisen
  • Shigaraki
  • Silver Fang, and more

These missions help players push further and gain better rewards without relying solely on random boss spawns.

Heritage Chest Exchange

A new NPC has arrived in Rogue Town. Players can now exchange materials for Heritage Chests. These chests can contain:

  • Boss drops
  • Standard equipment

It’s still uncertain if it’s worth using on rare materials, but common materials are perfect for exchanging since they stack up quickly.

Mythical Blacksmith Enchantments

The Blacksmith now offers Mythical Enchantments, increasing build customization. You can roll for enhancements such as:

  • Cooldown reduction
  • Fishing time buffs
  • Other unique upgrades

If you’re saving materials, now might be the time to start using them for late-game optimizations.

Other Small Changes

  • Improved Gem Rewards from missions
  • New Automatic Chest Use feature (applies stored chests instantly)
  • Minor balance updates

These additions support both new and endgame players equally.

This QOL update doesn’t add huge content drops but instead fixes the most frustrating parts of farming, rolling, and grinding. The introduction of Ancient pity alone is enough to make traits a more competitive and fair system. With better gem gain, auto-quests, more missions, and new enchants, Rogue Piece is more beginner-friendly and late-game efficient than ever. If you’re planning to progress further, this is the perfect time to jump back in and start grinding again.
