Raise Animals Update Guide puts the spotlight back on animal collecting, trading, and general gameplay polish. While it doesn’t introduce a long list of new creatures, it heavily improves how animals function, how they spawn, and how the system handles trades.

Players who collect rare breeds or mutations should pay close attention, as the update directly affects long-term progression. Below is a full breakdown of everything that changed in this patch and what it means for players. Also check out our Raise Animals Codes for more rewards!

Major Fixes and Quality Improvements

This update tackles several long-standing bugs and issues that affected gameplay and trading. Here’s what was fixed:

  • Weather effects now disappear properly after the storm ends
  • Items no longer vanish from inventory randomly
  • Mutation visuals now display correctly, even if animals share the same name
  • Animals no longer sink into the floor when ridden in the lobby
  • Camera no longer gets stuck behind after reviving from death
  • Ocean hitboxes were reworked to improve movement and collision
  • Trade bug fix: players should now properly receive animals after trading
  • Riding mechanics in the lobby are smoother and more responsive

Important Change: Duplicated animals can no longer be traded. This is a major move against abuse and trading scams.

Gameplay Changes That Affect Collecting

These adjustments change how players obtain and value their animals:

  • Animals now have a 5% natural spawn chance to spawn with mutations, making rare traits possible through normal play
  • Mosasaurus has been removed and is no longer obtainable

This removal significantly increases the value of existing Mosasaurus, since it is now considered discontinued.

New Limited-Time Weather Types

The following weathers used to be natural and are now no longer spawnable as normal conditions:

  • Time Weather
  • Laser Weather
  • Silver, Gold & Diamond Weather
  • Candy Weather

Their removal makes any animals or items tied to them more valuable over time.

Exclusive Skin Release

A new limited skin has dropped:

  • Raiku Kirin (Robux Exclusive)

Collectors who focus on exclusivity may want to secure it before it leaves the shop. Since it costs Robux, it’s likely to become a rare cosmetic in the future.

Raise Animals Codes – Are There Any?

  • No new codes known yet.

This Raise Animals update looks small on the surface, but it heavily shifts rarity, trading, and long-term collecting strategies. Mutations now matter more since they can spawn naturally, discontinued animals gain more value, and exploit trades should happen far less often.

If you’re planning to build a rare collection, this is the ideal time to start hunting natural mutations and holding onto discontinued breeds. Stay alert for new system updates, as future patches may introduce more mutation types and weather-based mechanics.
