All The Forge Quest List, Rewards & How to Complete Guide

The Forge keeps growing with every update, and that means more quests to clear. With so many NPCs scattered across different areas, tracking every task can get confusing, especially since some characters barely speak while others send you off on long hunts for items, ores, monsters, and lost belongings.

The Forge itself is built around three things: mining, forging, and fighting. You can gather resources, defeat enemies, then sell anything extra to upgrade your gear and push further into the game. If you’re still early on, a strong weapon or rare race can carry you far.

All The Forge Quests Overview

Quests are scattered across Stonewake’s Cross, The Cave, the Forgotten Kingdom, and several hidden spots. Each NPC has their own style of tasks—some send you mining rare ores, some want monsters defeated, and others simply need help finding something they misplaced. Your rewards vary depending on the quest. Some give cash, others give EXP or rare items, and certain quests even unlock new areas.

All The Forge Quest NPC Locations & Their Tasks

Below is a list of all NPCs known to give quests and what they generally ask for:

1. Bard

Location: Campfire near the starting area
Task: Retrieve his missing guitar hidden in a secret cave.

To finish Bard’s quest, head into The Cave. Walk down the ramp and stay tight on the left wall. After passing a wooden support beam, keep moving until you drop into a hidden area called the Secret Cave. Inside, you’ll spot a skeleton and the guitar. Pick it up, climb the ladder, and return it to Bard for your reward.

2. Sensei Moro

Location: Starting zone
Task: The main Tutorial quest chain that teaches basic game mechanics.

3. Umut the Brave

Location: Left side of The Cave
Task: Usually combat-focused quests involving monsters.

4. Nord

Location: Facing the exit inside The Cave
Task: Mining-focused objectives for different ores.

5. Barakkulf

Location: The Forge area in the Forgotten Kingdom
Task: More mining quests aimed at resource gathering.

6. Tomo the Explorist

Location: On the climb leading out of the first zone
Task: Find their missing cat.

7. Masked Stranger

Location: Forgotten Kingdom
Task: Defeat specific monster types or powerful enemies.

8. Goblin King

Location: Entrance to the Goblin Cave biome
Task: Money-based quests. Completing his tasks also helps unlock the Goblin Cave.

9. Demon Skal

Location: Added in the December 6 update
Task: Complete his quest chain to earn the Demonite Key.

The Forge continues to expand, and each update brings new NPCs, fresh quests, and better rewards to chase. Clearing quests is one of the fastest ways to grow stronger, earn materials, and unlock deeper areas of the map. Make sure to revisit older zones after each patch—you never know who might show up with a new objective.
