In Steal a Brainrot, your base is more than just a storage area for your Brainrots—it’s where they generate money and where your progress really shows. One way to make your base stand out is by applying base skins, which not only change its appearance but sometimes provide extra bonuses. This guide covers all the base skins currently in the game, how to unlock them, and tips for managing your base effectively.

How Bases Work in Steal a Brainrot

Your base starts as a single-floor building where all your Brainrots live and generate income. As you progress and increase your Rebirth level, you can expand your base up to 4 floors:

  • 1 10 slots 0–1
  • 2 11–18 slots 2–9
  • 3 19–25 slots 10–17
  • 4 26–31 slots 18+

Each base also has a lock timer, starting at 60 seconds. Every rebirth adds 10 seconds to the lock, and VIP pass holders get an additional fixed 10 seconds.

Changing and Using Base Skins

By default, your base looks simple—a box-shaped building with no effects. Base skins let you customize its appearance, and some skins even provide passive income bonuses. To change skins:

  1. Go to your game settings.
  2. Select the Base Skin option.
  3. Choose any unlocked skin to apply it.

All skins you unlock are permanent, and you can switch between them anytime.
