5 Step to Obtain and Evolve Secret Luffy
Step 1: Start the Elastic Captain Evolution Quest
First, open your Quest menu on the right side of the screen and go to the Special tab. Look for the Elastic Captain Evolution Quest. This quest is the key to unlocking Secret Luffy.
Your main task in the first part is very clear:
- You must evolve three new One Piece units
- These units are Sanji, Nami, and Brook
You do not need to evolve Luffy yet. Focus only on these three units first.
Step 2: Fastest Way to Evolve Sanji, Nami, and Brook
The easiest place to evolve all three units is the Legend Stage Act 4 (EX Stage). This stage drops all the evolution items needed for Sanji, Nami, and Brook in one place.
