Kaneki Centipede (Evolved) Sakura Stand Guide, Complete Quest!

Kaneki’s Kakuja is one of the most demanding evolutions in Sakura Stand. This form is not unlocked by luck or a short task chain. Instead, it pushes players through PvP, boss fights, heavy grinding, and story-driven objectives that test both skill and patience.

If you plan to fully evolve Kaneki Ken, understanding every quest step clearly will save you a lot of wasted time. This guide explains the full Kakuja questline from start to finish in a simple and direct way. Also check out our Sakura Stand Codes for more rewards!

Step 1: Start the Kakuja Quest

Before anything else, make sure you are using Kaneki Ken Spec.

  • Talk to the Friend NPC
  • You will receive a quest to eat an N4 Burger
  • Buy the burger from the Masked NPC at EAT N4 (near the basketball court)
  • Consume the burger to complete the first quest

After this, return to the Masked NPC to unlock the next objectives.

Step 2: Combat and PvP Requirements

The next part focuses on proving your strength with Kaneki.

Objectives:

  • Defeat 5 enemies using Kaneki’s B skill
  • Win 10 matches in 1v1 mode while using Kaneki
  • Collect 100 Meals for the Masked Owner

These steps must all be completed before you can move forward.

Step 3: How to Get Meals (Important Grind Section)

Meals are obtained by defeating players who use undead-like specs.

Valid specs include:

  • Kaneki
  • Dullahan
  • Akaza
  • Sukuna
  • Alucard
  • Kokushibo
  • Lesser Demon
  • Vampirism
  • The World
  • Dracula

Each spec can only contribute 5 meals (25%), meaning you need kills from at least four different specs to reach 100 meals. Once finished, return to the Masked NPC.

Step 4: Craft Ultra Super Secret Premium BBQ Meat

This step confuses many players, so follow it carefully.

Required items:

  • 3x Cursed Fingers
  • 1x Ultra Premium BBQ Meat
  • 1x Secret Premium BBQ Meat
  • 1x Super Premium BBQ Meat

How to get them:

  • Super Premium BBQ Meat
Crafted from 5 Premium BBQ Meats (bought at BBQ3)
  • Secret Premium BBQ Meat
Drops from King Mon Boss if you use Kaneki and deal the highest damage
  • Ultra BBQ Meat
Drops from King of BBQ3 Boss under the same damage condition

Combine all items at the Crafting NPC near the cave, then give the finished meat to the Masked NPC.

Step 5: Damage, Blood, and Cement Tasks

Next, you will receive multiple progression-based objectives.

Requirements:

  • Deal 5,567 total damage using Kaneki Ken
  • Fully drain the Blood Bar (H) 5 times
  • Obtain 10K-Ton Cement

Cement crafting:

  • Craft 10K-Ton Cement using 3x Premium Cement
  • Premium Cement drops from Cybercrates

Once done, return to the Masked NPC.

Step 6: Alloy Steel Challenge

This stage focuses on mobility and boss farming.

Objectives:

  • Dash 67 times using Kaneki Ken
  • Obtain 10K-Ton Alloy Steel

How to get Alloy Steel:

  • Defeat the Toji Boss
  • Collect 3x Alloy Steel
  • Craft 10K-Ton Alloy Steel

Turn it in to continue the questline.

Step 7: Final Secret Quest and Story Event

The final quest appears as “???”, but the steps are fixed.

What to do:

  1. Buy a Higanbana Flower for 500 Bloodstones from the Halloween Shop
  2. Give the flower to Rize NPC at the Cafe
  3. You will be sent to the Birdcage
  4. Defeat Rize inside the Birdcage

After winning, interact with the Friend NPC one last time.

Unlocking Kaneki Kakuja

Once all steps are completed, Kaneki Kakuja will be unlocked permanently. This form offers:

  • Increased damage output
  • Extended attack range
  • Stronger pressure in PvP
  • Aggressive playstyle suited for late-game fights

Kaneki Kakuja is not designed for casual progression. The questline demands time, consistency, and solid combat performance across PvP and boss content. However, for players who enjoy long-term goals and powerful endgame specs, this evolution is one of the most rewarding experiences Sakura Stand currently offers. Follow each step carefully, manage your farming efficiently, and you will eventually claim one of the strongest Kaneki forms in the game.
