Hiori is one of the newest characters added to Azure Latch, and unlocking him can feel confusing at first because his requirements are tied to a long questline. Many players also struggle due to server issues or trying to complete objectives alone. This guide breaks down the fastest and safest way to unlock Hiori, explains every quest step clearly, and shares tips to avoid common problems so you can finish the questline efficiently. Also check out our Azure Latch Codes for more rewards!

Requirements Before Starting the Hiori Quest

Before you begin, make sure you prepare properly to save time:

  • Try to bring at least one friend. Several objectives are extremely difficult in public servers.
  • Join low-population servers by opening the game page, going to the Servers tab, sorting by ascending players, and joining the smallest server.
  • Be aware that some servers may bug the quest, so if progress does not register, switch servers.

You will need to complete quests using three characters:

  1. Base Isagi
  2. Kurona
  3. Any Isagi variant (for the final stage)

To start, talk to the blue NPC and accept the Hiori quest.

Base Isagi Quest Objectives

Select Base Isagi, then begin the first quest chain.

Rebirth Goal

  • Awaken Flow
  • Use Rebirth and score once
  • Any scoring method works

Lefty Shot (Hardest Step)

  • Aim at the goal
  • Use Neo Direct Shot
  • Have a teammate slide tackle you mid-shot
  • This step is extremely difficult without a friend

Once this is done, reset, talk to the NPC, and Hiori will be unlocked.

Tips to Finish the Quest Faster

  • Always play with at least one friend for Flow-based objectives
  • Avoid crowded servers to reduce interruptions
  • If progress does not count, switch servers immediately
  • Practice timing-based skills like Guard Dog in low-pressure matches

Unlocking Hiori in Azure Latch takes effort, but with the right setup and a reliable teammate, the process becomes much faster and far less frustrating. By completing each character quest in order and avoiding buggy servers, you can secure Hiori without wasting hours. If you plan ahead and follow each step carefully, this questline is very manageable and well worth the reward.
