Building a strong team in Anime Paradox is all about knowing where each unit comes from and what you need to unlock them. Some units are easy to obtain through banners, while others are locked behind raids, stages, shops, or limited systems like the Battle Pass. This guide explains all unit sources in Anime Paradox, so you know exactly where to focus your time and resources. Also check out our Anime Paradox Codes for more rewards!
Banner Units and How to Get Them
Banner units are the most common type of units in Anime Paradox. You obtain them by summoning through the banner system using in-game currency or summon items. These units rotate based on updates, so availability can change over time.
- Current banner units include: Starrk, Cid, Broly, Ulquiorra, Melodias, Killua, Asta, Itachi, Chaen-In, Kim Chul, Uryū Ishida, Freezer, Cell, Orihime, Idol, Bulma, and Speedwagon.
If you are new to the game, banners should be your main starting point since they provide the core units needed for story progression and early farming.
Raid, Stage, and Shop Exclusive Units
Some units cannot be pulled from banners and instead require specific gameplay activities.
- SJW This unit is obtained from Raids Act 3. You will need a solid team and some coordination, especially if you are playing with others.
- Ichigo Ichigo can be unlocked by clearing the Legend Stage Hollow Act 3. This stage is more challenging than normal story stages, so make sure your units are well-leveled.
- Igris Igris is available in the Siege Shop. You will need to play Siege mode and earn the required currency to purchase him.
These units are usually stronger or more specialized, making them worth the extra effort.
Battle Pass Units Explained
Anime Paradox also features Battle Pass–exclusive units that reward consistent play.
- Sky Unlocked at Battle Pass Tier 25.
- Seth Unlocked at Battle Pass Tier 50.
To get these units, you need to complete daily and weekly missions to progress through the Battle Pass tiers before the season ends.
AFK Chamber and Limited Units
Some units are tied to special systems or early access periods.
Megumin
Megumin was obtainable through EA+ or the AFK Chamber, but she is no longer obtainable after launch. This makes her a limited unit that only early players have.
Shadow Dio
Shadow Dio can be obtained from the AFK Chamber. This method rewards players who stay logged in or return regularly to claim progress-based rewards.
These units are usually rare and may not return, so availability depends on future updates.
What Is Anime Paradox?
Anime Paradox is a Roblox anime-themed auto-battler where units fight waves of enemies automatically. Instead of manual combat, the focus is on strategy, unit placement, upgrades, and evolutions. Players can level up units, etherealize them for better stats, and evolve them into stronger forms.
The game also includes multiplayer modes, raids, siege content, and special events that encourage team play. Since its official launch, Anime Paradox has continued to expand with new units and systems.
Getting all units in Anime Paradox requires more than just summoning. Between banners, raids, legend stages, shops, Battle Pass tiers, and AFK systems, each unit has a clear path to unlock. By understanding where every unit comes from, you can plan your grind better and build a balanced team faster. Keep an eye on updates, since unit availability can change with new events and seasons.
