Glaxe Glove Overview

Glaxe Glove Slap Battles Guide Obtainment Guide!

The Glaxe glove is a new glove added to Slap Battles with a very unique design and playstyle. Glaxe stats:

  • Power: 54
  • Speed: 13
  • Ability: Timber

Instead of a normal hand, the glove looks like a full axe, complete with a wooden handle and blade. Its attacks feel heavier than most gloves, and it is designed for strong combos and knockback plays, especially near edges.

How to Get the Glaxe Glove

Glaxe Glove Slap Battles Guide Obtainment Guide!

To unlock the Glaxe glove, you must earn a specific badge.

Required badge:

  • Cleaved in Two

Steps to get the badge:

  1. Enter Slap Royale using the portal at spawn
  2. Find a Tomahawk pickup during a match
  3. Throw the tomahawk and successfully eliminate another player

The tomahawk is a throwable weapon, not a melee item. It deals around 50 damage, making it very dangerous if you land the hit. If you do not find one early, you can also pick it up from players who drop it after being eliminated.

Once you get the badge, the Glaxe glove becomes available in the main game.

Glaxe Ability and Gameplay Tips

The Glaxe glove has strong combo potential.

Key features:

  • Wide slash attacks that can hit multiple players
  • Timber ability throws a log forward with strong knockback
  • Slash plus throw combo can split attacks into a V shape
  • Very strong near map edges

If you land the first hit and the enemy is close to the void, fights often end quickly. The glove rewards aggressive and precise play.

Slap Royale Part 2 – Major Changes

The Slap Royale mode received a huge overhaul with new systems, items, and map updates.

New Slap Royale Pickup Items

Two new pickup items were added:

  • Tomahawk: Throwable weapon that deals high damage
  • Gravitational Shard: Pulls players toward its location when placed

Both items add more strategy and chaos to fights, especially in late-game zones.

Map Changes and New Locations

Slap Royale’s map has been heavily updated.

Notable changes include:

  • A new underground mine-like area created by a moving cube event
  • Floating landmass visible above the map
  • New interiors for buildings like cabins, lighthouse, and beach houses
  • Additional escape routes in the bunker to prevent ladder camping
  • New monuments and climbable structures
  • Meteor events that drop loot crates after impact

These changes make exploration more rewarding and reduce unfair traps.

Storm and Match System Updates

The storm system has been refined:

  • Slower early-game movement for better looting
  • Faster late-game shrinking
  • Storm now closes in a more balanced shape
  • No more under-map hiding strategies

There is also a new Slap Reward system:

  • You earn slaps for every slap landed
  • You get bonus slaps per kill
  • Rewards are given even if you lose the match

This makes Slap Royale a viable way to grind slaps.

Glove Balance and Quality of Life Changes

Several gloves received balance updates:

  • Cooldowns now start after abilities end for many gloves
  • Firework, Beatdown, Whirlwind, and Sparky were adjusted
  • Healing items were heavily nerfed across the board
  • Phantom and Phantom Mastery received major updates, including a new Vantablack trap ability
  • Visual feedback and invisibility bugs were fixed

These changes aim to make fights more skill-based and less reliant on healing spam.

Slap Royale Entry Requirement

The slap requirement to enter Slap Royale is back.

Requirement:

  • 1,000 slaps to enter Slap Royale mode

This helps balance matchmaking and prevents new accounts from abusing the mode.

The Glaxe glove and Slap Royale Part 2 update completely refresh Slap Battles. The new glove is powerful, fun to use, and worth grinding for, while the Slap Royale changes improve balance, progression, and map flow. With better rewards, smarter map design, and meaningful glove updates, this patch sets a new standard for future updates. If you enjoy competitive matches and high-risk gameplay, this update is absolutely worth diving into.
