Fishing in Rogue Piece is often ignored, even though it can save a lot of time grinding mobs and bosses. When used properly, fishing becomes a steady source of Belli, reroll items, relics, and even rare materials needed for powerful characters and weapons. If you are aiming to progress faster without relying only on combat, fishing is one mechanic you should not skip. Also check out our Rogue Piece Codes for more rewards!

How to Fish in Rogue Piece

Before you can start fishing, you need to get a Fishing Rod. Head to Windmill Village and find the Fishing Rod NPC standing near the docks. He will give you a fishing rod after you provide these materials:

  • 50,000 Belli
  • 50 Ingot
  • 25 Black Ingot

All of these items can be obtained from quest rewards and chests, so you do not need to fight bosses just to unlock fishing.

Once you get the fishing rod, keep in mind that it does not appear in your inventory. To fish, simply stand near any body of water and press E. There is no mini-game involved. After casting, a timer starts, and when it reaches zero, you automatically receive your reward.

Fishing Rod Upgrades Explained

Fishing becomes much better once you upgrade your rod. Upgrades reduce waiting time, increase luck, and boost the selling price of fish. To upgrade your fishing rod, return to the Fishing Rod NPC in Windmill Village and complete his fishing requests.

Reduce Fishing Time Upgrade

Each level reduces fishing time by 0.5 seconds, with a maximum of 5 levels.

  • Level 1: Turn in 25 Common Fish
  • Level 2: Turn in 50 Common Fish
  • Level 3: Turn in 10 Rare Fish
  • Level 4: Turn in 25 Rare Fish
  • Level 5: Turn in 25 Epic Fish

Increase Fishing Luck

This upgrade increases your luck by 0.25x per level, up to level 5. Higher luck improves your chances of getting rare items instead of basic fish.

Multiply Fish Sale Value

This upgrade increases how much Belli you earn when selling fish. Each level boosts sale value by 0.5x, making fishing a reliable money source in the long run.
