Anime Card Collection Mutations Explained

Mutations in Anime Card Collection are special upgraded versions of regular cards. These mutated cards produce more cash per second compared to their normal versions. You do not mutate cards manually. Instead, mutations come from mutated packs that appear on the conveyor belt or in the Card Market.

When you purchase a pack with a mutation, every card inside that pack will be a mutated version. Each mutation tier provides a different cash boost, and higher tiers offer much stronger bonuses. However, the better the mutation, the rarer the pack becomes.

For example, if a normal card earns $20 per second, a mutated version of that same card can earn several times more depending on the mutation tier. This is why mutations are one of the biggest income boosters in the game.

Mutation Cash Multipliers

Each mutated pack tier has a fixed cash multiplier that applies to all cards pulled from it:

• Gold Packs – 3x cash income
• Emerald Packs – 5x cash income
• Void Packs – 10x cash income
• Diamond Packs – 25x cash income
• Rainbow Packs – 70x cash income

As you can see, higher-tier mutations massively increase your earnings. Even a single high-mutation card can outperform multiple normal cards combined.

What Is Mutation Chance?

Mutation Chance affects how often mutated packs appear for you. A higher Mutation Chance means better odds of seeing Gold, Emerald, or even higher-tier packs on the conveyor belt or in the Card Market.

There are two main ways to increase this stat:

Relics

Crafting Relics in Anime Card Collection increases your Mutation Chance. Unlocking all available Relics provides a total bonus of +19.5% Mutation Chance, which helps but is not the main source of upgrades.

Upgrade Machine

The most important source of Mutation Chance comes from upgrading the Upgrade Machine. When fully upgraded to level 40, it gives a massive +266.67% Mutation Chance. On top of that, it also provides extra bonuses such as faster hatch time, increased walk speed, and global luck.

Because of this, investing in the Upgrade Machine should be a top priority if you are serious about getting better mutations consistently.
