Uchiha Bloodlines Guide – Full Sharingan, MS, and EMS Progression!

Progressing the Uchiha path in Bloodlines is not just about unlocking Sharingan. If you want Mangekyō Sharingan (MS) and eventually Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (EMS), you need proper grips, activations, sin management, and the correct method. This guide explains every stage clearly so you can progress efficiently without wasting time or losing your eyes to other players.

Unlocking Sharingan (Base Form)

There are two ways to obtain Sharingan:

1. Natural Awakening (Uchiha Only)

If you are part of the Uchiha bloodline, you unlock Sharingan by:

• Losing life force (getting close to death)
• Surviving without protection like Archromo’s Blessing

You only need to awaken it once per playthrough. After that, you can recall your eyes by aging up.

2. Eye Implant Method (Available to Everyone)

Any player can implant Sharingan.

Ways to get Sharingan eyes:

• Drops from Corrupted Points
• Boss room rewards
• Stealing from knocked players using Extraction Spoon
• Uzumaki players can use Extraction Seal (unlimited use)

Important:

• You cannot extract eyes from players with protection.
• Extraction can fail.
• If you fail, the target gains scoop protection until they age up.
• If you already have the same eye type in inventory, extraction will fail 100%.

To implant:

• Visit the secret NPC near Training Grounds
• Have enough Sin (stealing relics gives quick Sin)
• Be at least around age 16
• Hold the eyes while selecting implant

Using a Surgical Kit guarantees success only if you meet requirements.

Sharingan Stages and Requirements

Sharingan is an awakening mode with a timer.

1-Tomoe

• See enemy HP
• Faster hand signs

2-Tomoe

Requires:

• 4 grips
• 8 activations

Adds:

• Chance to dodge M1
• See enemy equipped skill

3-Tomoe

Requires:

• 10 grips
• 25 activations

Adds:

• Genjutsu effect on M1 (hides enemy UI)

Grips are gained by gripping knocked players.
Activations are gained by using Sharingan awakening.

You can check progress using a Progression Soul.

If your eyes are stolen:

• You keep grips
• You lose part of activations

Mangekyō Sharingan (MS)

There are two ways to get MS.

1. Implant MS

Requires:

• At least 25 grips
• Same implant process as base Sharingan

2. MS Method (Most Popular Way)

You need three players:

• The one getting MS
• A friend
• An enemy

Requirements for the player getting MS:

• 3-Tomoe Sharingan
• 30 grips
• 70–80 activations
• Some Sin (not extremely high)

Friend requirements:

• 3-Tomoe Sharingan
• Same faction
• Never gripped each other

Steps simplified:

1. Enemy knocks friend
2. MS player carries friend briefly
3. Enemy knocks MS player
4. Friend carries MS player briefly
5. Enemy grips friend while both have 3-Tomoe active

If done correctly, MS awakens.

MS type is random.

MS Abilities

Each MS type has different skills:

Obito MS

• Intangibility (iframe state)
• Kamui dimension teleport
• Warp others

Itachi MS

• Amaterasu (long-range burn)
• Susano Strike (hyper armor attack)

Sasuke MS

• Susano form with special M1
• Grab and throw ability

Madara MS

• Massive M1 speed buff
• Susano double slash

Using MS slowly blinds you.
You can heal blindness by:

• Visiting a Medic NPC
• Using healing skill path

Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (EMS)

EMS is exclusive to Uchiha.

Requirements:

• 30 grips
• 20+ Sin
• Impaired eyesight
• Implant someone else’s MS

Steps:

1. Scoop your own MS
2. Implant another player’s MS
3. Visit implant NPC

EMS removes blindness downside and improves all MS abilities.

If Sin is below 20, EMS cannot be scooped.

Changing MS Type

If you want a different MS type:

• Redo the MS method (random result)
• Scoop EMS and implant a different player’s MS

MS type depends on the original awakened eye, not randomness during implant.

Uchiha progression in Bloodlines is one of the most complex systems in the game. From basic Sharingan to full EMS, each stage requires proper grip farming, activation grinding, and careful coordination with other players.
