A new minor patch has arrived in Fisch, and while it’s not a massive overhaul, it brings several important changes that affect fishing, trading, enchantments, and even music features. From a brand-new enchant exclusive to Cosmic Relics to a Random Rod spawning system, this update adds more depth than you might expect. Here’s a full breakdown of everything added in the February 22, 2026 minor update.

New Music Venue Member – Mysterious Songstress

There’s a new character on stage at the Music Venue. A mysterious songstress has appeared, though full details about her role remain unclear. Expect this to tie into future events or content expansions. For now, it adds more atmosphere and hints at upcoming updates.

New Secondary Enchantment – Vicious (Cosmic Relics Only)

A brand-new enchantment has been added:

Vicious Enchant

  • Exclusive to Cosmic Relics
  • Boosts Disturbance
  • Increases Progress Speed

This is a strong addition for players focusing on faster catches and more aggressive fishing setups. If you’re running a Cosmic Relic build, this enchant could significantly improve your efficiency.

Keep farming relics and rerolling enchants if you’re aiming for optimal stats.

Fish Radar Adjustment (Quality of Life)

One small but very helpful change:

  • You now only need to toggle Fish Radar once.
  • The setting stays saved between server joins.

No more turning it on every single time you load into the game. It’s a simple fix, but it makes grinding much smoother.

Radio Gamepass Replaced – Boombox & Party Boat

The old Radio Gamepass has officially been replaced.

What’s New?

  • Boombox
  • Party Boat
  • DJ system for playing music with friends

If you previously owned the Radio Gamepass:

  • You get the Relics player with the new Boombox & Party Boat for free
  • You also keep a legacy version of the Radio

This upgrade adds more social features and makes music sessions more interactive.

New Random Rod Obtainment System

A new system has been introduced for obtaining the Random Rod.

How It Works:

  • Spawns in random locations across the sea
  • Appears at a random price per server
  • Locations may change in future updates

If you find it at a good price, grab it quickly. Since it varies by server, server hopping could become part of the strategy.

Trade Plaza Server Browser Added

Trading just became easier.

You can now:

  • Browse available Trade Plaza servers
  • Sort servers using different filters
  • View useful server information
  • Quickly hop between servers

This makes it much easier to find better deals or active trading communities.

Miscellaneous Changes & Balancing

Here are the other adjustments included in this patch:

Masterline Rod Buff

  • Can now fish in any liquid
  • Increased Blessed rates

This is a major upgrade and makes Masterline Rod more versatile than before.

Atomic Nuke Limitation

  • Only one Atomic Nuke can be activated per server

This prevents excessive stacking and keeps balance under control.

New Titles

  • Title awarded for dying to a falling dripstone
  • Additional hidden title teased

Expect more secret achievements to be discovered.

The Fisch February 22 minor update focuses heavily on quality-of-life improvements and small but meaningful gameplay additions. The Vicious enchant could shift high-efficiency builds, the Random Rod system encourages exploration, and the Trade Plaza browser improves the trading experience significantly. With more balancing updates and a major patch teased for the future, now is a good time to prepare your gear and resources. Keep an eye on upcoming announcements, because this minor update clearly sets the stage for something bigger coming soon.
