It looks like a penguin’s body, and the handle is designed as an orange fish, matching the winter theme perfectly. But unlocking it is not simple. How To Unlock Penguin Glove
To obtain Penguin, you must first gain access to the FourSeasons location.
Step 1 – Complete the Hitman Quest
Before anything else, you need to complete the corresponding Hitman quest. Once finished:
- Go to The Hitman Bunker
- Click on the FourSeasons scroll
- Teleport to the FourSeasons area
Without completing this prerequisite quest, you won’t be able to access the Penguin challenges.
Step 2 – Enter the Winter Area
Inside FourSeasons:
- Locate the Winter door
- Enter it to access Penguin Place
This is where the real tasks begin.
Penguin Place – Two Challenge Keys
To unlock the chest that grants the Hibernal Snowstopper badge, you must complete two separate penguin challenges and collect two keys. Both keys are required.
Challenge 1 – Fish Collection (Left to Right)
In the first challenge:
- Collect 100 fishes
- Reach the finish line after collecting them
This requires efficient movement and awareness of fish spawn locations. Missing fish or taking inefficient routes can slow you down significantly.
Challenge 2 – Snowman Memory Test
The second challenge tests your memory.
Here’s how it works:
- Observe the snowman’s appearance carefully
- Memorize its design
- Recreate the exact same snowman
After building your version, a bot will compare both snowmen to check if they match. If they don’t match, you’ll need to retry.
Unlocking the Badge
Once you obtain both keys:
- Use them to unlock the chest in Penguin Place
- The Hibernal Snowstopper badge will be awarded automatically
After receiving the badge:
- Return to the lobby
- Open your glove inventory
- Equip Penguin
If it does not appear immediately, rejoin the server to refresh your inventory.
Penguin Glove Abilities
Penguin is not just cosmetic. It has two unique abilities that focus on speed and momentum.
E Ability – “Slide”
Pressing E activates Slide:
- Your character slides on their torso at high speed
- Speed gradually decreases over time
- Jumping while sliding increases jump height and lowers gravity slightly
- Slapping players while sliding boosts your slide speed
- Higher speed increases slap power
You can deactivate Slide anytime by pressing E again.
This ability rewards aggressive momentum-based gameplay.
R Ability – “Ramps”
Pressing R while sliding creates an ice ramp.
Key details:
- Only Penguin users can effectively slide on it
- The ramp disappears after a few seconds
- Great for chaining speed and mobility
This makes Penguin strong in open areas and creative movement plays.
The Penguin glove is one of the more complex badge gloves in Slap Battles. It requires quest progression, puzzle-solving, and mechanical skill.
