The latest update in Garden Horizons changes the way players farm, trade, and grind for profit. From powerful new seeds to a quest NPC that introduces exclusive seed packs, this patch feels like one of the biggest content drops in recent months. Also check out our Garden Horizon Codes for more rewards!

If you want to maximize profit, unlock rare plants, and understand which new seeds are actually worth your time (and Robux), this guide breaks everything down in a clear and practical way. Here’s everything added in the Garden Horizons new update and how to use it properly.

Admin Abuse Rewards (Limited Event)

If you participated in the recent admin event, you likely received:

  • 6 Cherry Seeds
  • Cabbage Seeds
  • Multiple Super Sprinklers
  • Other bonus farming items

Players who missed this event unfortunately cannot claim these again, but the rewards significantly boosted early progression.

New Tool: Trowel (Gear Shop)

One of the most requested features has finally arrived. What the Trowel Does:

  • Allows you to move plants without digging them up
  • Saves time and prevents layout mistakes
  • Great for reorganizing high-value crops

This tool alone improves garden management massively, especially for players optimizing sprinkler placement.

New Seeds in the Update

The Seed Shop now includes several powerful additions:

1. Mango Seed (New Best Plant?)

The Mango Seed is currently considered the strongest plant in the game.

  • Base Sale Price: $10,000
  • Base Weight: 0.25kg
  • High scaling with weight and mutations

A nearly 1kg mango with mutation can sell for over $160,000, making it extremely profitable. If you’re aiming for maximum income, Mango is currently top tier.

2. Bamboo Seed

  • Costs 400 Robux
  • Around 1 hour growth time
  • Appears to function similarly to cabbage
  • Confusion around whether it’s truly single-harvest

It grows fairly fast with sprinklers, but early testing suggests it may not be as broken as Mango.

Meet Maya (IGMA Field Agent)

Garden Horizons New 1 March Update Guide, New Plants, Seeds & More!

A brand-new NPC named Maya introduces a quest-based reward system.

How Maya Works:

  1. Press E to interact
  2. Choose the third dialogue option (“What do you do?”)
  3. She will request a specific mutated plant
  4. You must submit plants totaling 1.5kg of that mutation

Important: You do NOT need a single 1.5kg plant. You can combine multiple plants as long as they total 1.5kg.

Possible Requested Mutations:

  • Sandy
  • Foggy
  • Starstruck
  • Others

After completing her request, you receive:

  • 1 IGMA Seed Pack (Regular)

Currently, Maya is the only way to obtain these packs without spending Robux.

IGMA Seed Pack Breakdown

Garden Horizons New 1 March Update Guide, New Plants, Seeds & More!

IGMA Seed Packs contain several new plants with different rarity chances.

1. Starvine

  • Base Sale Price: $360
  • Glowing design
  • Multiple fruits per plant
  • Moderate value

Not overpowered, but visually one of the coolest plants added.

2. Radiant Petal

Garden Horizons New 1 March Update Guide, New Plants, Seeds & More!

  • Base Sale Price: $5,000
  • Can sell for around $70,000+ with good weight
  • Sits between Potato and Wheat tier

Very solid mid-to-high tier plant.

3. Octovine (Rare Pull)

  • Base Sale Price: $6,000
  • Not stronger than Olive or Dog Blossom
  • Still decent with sprinkler stacking

Rare, but not the absolute best in value scaling.

4. Biohazard Melon & Lab Lush Berry

  • Lower base values
  • More for collection than profit
  • Limited-time appeal

These are better for collectors than serious money farming.

Sprinkler Strategy Still Dominates

Using:

  • Basic Sprinkler
  • Turbo Sprinkler
  • Super Sprinkler

Stacking sprinklers remains one of the strongest methods to increase weight and overall profit. Even mid-tier plants can become profitable with proper sprinkler coverage.

Is Mango the New Meta?

Right now, Mango appears to be the strongest money-making crop in the entire game. High base value combined with strong mutation scaling makes it outperform most existing plants. If you’re investing Robux, Mango offers the highest return potential.

This update adds meaningful progression systems instead of just cosmetic plants. The Trowel improves quality of life, Maya adds repeatable farming goals, and IGMA Seed Packs introduce new rare plants worth grinding for in Garden Horizons.

If your goal is pure profit, focus on Mango and optimized sprinkler layouts. If you enjoy collection and mutation hunting, Maya’s quests give you long-term content to chase. Garden Horizons continues to grow in depth, and this patch proves the developers are serious about expanding both economy and gameplay systems.
