How to Access Toxic Grove in Fisch

3. Purchase a Gas Mask

Oliver sells a Gas Mask, which is required to survive the toxic fumes inside the cave system.

Without this item, the cave leading to Toxic Grove cannot be explored safely.

4. Enter the Toxic Cave

After obtaining the Gas Mask, head into the nearby cave. The tunnel is relatively short, but it is filled with poisonous gas that blocks unprepared players.

5. Exit the Cave to Reach Toxic Grove

Once you pass through the cave system, you will emerge in Toxic Grove, the first major jungle area in the expansion.

What You Can Do in Toxic Grove

After entering Toxic Grove, players will find several activities available in the area.

• New Bestiary The region includes a new collection of fish that can only be caught in the toxic waters. Some of these creatures also belong to a new rarity category introduced with the jungle update. Fishing here is more challenging than normal zones, so stronger rods may be helpful.
• Jungle Quests Players can find a mysterious NPC called the Plagued Reaper within Toxic Grove. Speaking with this character will unlock new quests related to the toxic ecosystem and the creatures that live in it.
• Rotbloom Hunt One of the major hunt targets in this region is Rotbloom, a rare and difficult catch hiding somewhere in the grove. Rotbloom is harder to catch because of the toxic fungal growth scattered across the environment. Players may need to interact with these fungi to increase their chances of catching it.

Path to the Next Area: Living Garden

Toxic Grove also acts as a gateway to another new location known as Living Garden. Players can eventually travel there with help from an NPC named Olivia. The Living Garden features a completely different environment filled with flowers and nature-based mechanics.
