The Jungle Expansion update in Fisch brings a massive amount of new content for players to explore. From dangerous toxic areas to secret fishing spots and powerful new rods, this update adds several mechanics that can easily confuse new players. Two major locations were introduced, along with new quests, hunts, crafting systems, and rare fish that require specific strategies to obtain.

How to Enter the Toxic Cave

The first step of the Jungle Expansion begins inside the Lost Jungle. From the Shipwright area, travel toward the village where players normally craft spears. Instead of stopping there, move behind the village and follow the path toward a waterfall.

Continue walking through this path until you reach Oliver, the NPC connected to the cave entrance. Before entering the cave, you must purchase a Gas Mask for 75,000 coins. This item is required because the cave environment is toxic.

After purchasing it, open your equipment bag, go to the accessories section, and equip the gas mask. Once equipped, you can safely enter the cave and start exploring the first zone.

Toxic Grove Overview

After traveling through the cave tunnels, you will eventually reach the first main zone called Toxic Grove. This area contains several NPCs, quests, and dangerous mechanics.
