To unlock the Cartethyia spec, you need to visit Boss Island. This island has the NPC that sells the Cartethyia spec, but you must gather several items before you can obtain it. Here are the required materials:

• Astral Empress Title
• Celestial Mark
• 3 Arrow Cores
• 8 Gale Essences
• 14 Tide Remnants
• 25 Tempest Relics

Most of these items can be obtained by defeating the Cartethyia Boss.

How to Spawn the Cartethyia Boss

The boss can be spawned on Boss Island using a Tempest Relic. Tempest Relics are dropped by Swordsman mobs. This means you can farm specific enemies until the relic drops. Once you have the relic, go to Boss Island and use it to spawn the Cartethyia boss. After collecting all the required materials, return to the Cartethyia Seller NPC and exchange them to unlock the spec.

How to Unlock Cartethyia Mastery Skill
