All Paradox NPC Guide – Locations and What They Do
Paradox features many NPCs spread across different areas such as Karakura Town, Soul Society, and Wandenreich. These NPCs are very important because they help players progress through the game, unlock abilities, store items, and access special quests.
Some NPCs are available to all players, while others are tied to specific races like Soul Reaper, Arrancar, or Quincy. If you are new to the game, it can be confusing to remember which NPC does what. This guide lists all important Paradox NPCs and explains their roles so you know exactly where to go when progressing through the game.
Universal NPCs

Universal NPCs can be used by any race. These characters usually provide services like item storage, missions, or guild management.
Julian
Julian is used to check your current Potential level. Potential is one of the most important progression systems in Paradox because it determines when you can unlock new abilities or quests.
Bank
The Bank NPC allows players to store items safely. Items stored here can be accessed across all character slots, which is very useful if you play multiple characters.
Mr. Goblin
Mr. Goblin currently does not have a fully explained function. Some information about this NPC is still being worked on by contributors.

NPCs play a huge role in Paradox progression. From unlocking abilities and transformations to storing items or starting boss raids, every NPC has a specific purpose that helps players move forward in the game. Understanding where these NPCs are located and what they do will make your gameplay much smoother. Instead of wandering around searching for the right character, you will know exactly which NPC to visit when upgrading your character, unlocking abilities, or completing important quests.
