The helmet is one of the easiest pieces to obtain. Travel to the Hernand area, then move toward the top-right section of the map above Demeniss. Continue exploring until you discover the Chattering Rocks ruins. This location contains several broken structures and old stone walls.
Inside the ruins, look for a damaged building with vines and leaves covering an opening. Walk through the vegetation and enter the small hidden space inside. At the back of this area, you will find a treasure chest. Open it to receive the Black Frostcursed Plate Helmet.
Frostcursed Plate Cloak Location
The cloak can also be found within the Demeniss ruins, but it requires using a special mechanic. Head to the northern ruins of Demeniss, where you will see several broken buildings and a central courtyard area. Near the middle of the ruins, look for a narrow passage blocked by thorn plants. To remove the thorns, you must use the Focus Light ability.
How to activate it:
- Hold the Focus/Guard button
- Use your Light Attack at the same time
- Enter the blue aiming mode
- Aim the reflected light at the thorn barrier
Once the light hits the thorns, they will burn away. Crouch and enter the tunnel behind them.
Follow the passage and turn right twice. At the end of the corridor you will find another treasure chest containing the Frostcursed Plate Cloak.
Frostcursed Plate Gloves Location
The gloves are hidden behind a waterfall in the northern part of Demeniss. Look for a small lake with an island in the center, located north of the main Demeniss area. At the waterfall in this location, you must use the Stab movement skill. To perform the move:
- Hold the Sprint button
- Use Heavy Attack
Release the skill to dash forward through the waterfall.
Behind the water is a hidden cave containing a chest. Open it to obtain the Frostcursed Plate Gloves.
Frostcursed Plate Boots Location
The boots are located near the previous waterfall, but slightly further north. From the glove location, travel a bit higher up the map until you reach another waterfall. Make sure you enter through the lowest waterfall, not the higher one. Use the Sprint + Heavy Attack stab ability again to dash through the water. Inside the hidden cave, you will find a treasure chest containing the Frostcursed Plate Boots.
Frostcursed Plate Chest Armor Location
The final and strongest piece of the set is the chest armor. This location is north-east of the previous waterfalls, above the northern section of Demeniss. Reaching it can be a bit dangerous because some enemies patrol the surrounding cliffs.
Instead of approaching from the left side, follow the water path that leads toward another waterfall. Use the Stab skill once again to pass through the waterfall. Inside the cave you will encounter a golden wall blocking the path.
To destroy it, use the Force Palm ability. After breaking the wall, enter the chamber and open the treasure chest to obtain the Black Frostcursed Plate Chest Armor. This cave also contains gold ore nodes that can be mined using a pickaxe. These ores can be refined into bars and sold for around 500 silver, making this spot a good place to gather extra resources before leaving.
