At the moment, there are eight training zones in the game. Every zone increases your aura generation by a large multiplier, but you must reach the required aura amount before you can enter.
Starter Zone

This is the first area where every player begins. Even though it does not provide any multiplier, you will still gain aura over time while standing here.
Fire Bath
- Aura Required: 100M+
- Aura Boost: 100x
Fire Bath is the first real upgrade from the starter area. Once you reach the requirement, moving here will significantly increase your aura growth.
Dark Lava
- Aura Required: 1Qa+
- Aura Boost: 10,000x
Dark Lava is where the game’s progression starts to accelerate. The multiplier jump from Fire Bath to Dark Lava is extremely large.
Electra Field
- Aura Required: 100Sp+
- Aura Boost: 100,000,000x
This zone provides a massive boost compared to earlier areas. Players usually notice their aura increasing much faster once they unlock this location.
Divine Realm
- Aura Required: 1No+
- Aura Boost: 3,000,000,000x
Divine Realm marks the beginning of late-game progression, offering billions in aura multipliers.
Frost Heaven
- Aura Required: 100Dc+
- Aura Boost: 300,000,000,000x
Frost Heaven dramatically increases aura generation and is considered one of the most powerful zones available.
Fallen Star
- Aura Required: 10Dd+

This is currently the strongest training area in the game. Players who reach this zone will gain aura at an extremely fast rate.
How Training Zones Work
Each zone functions as a passive training area. Your character automatically generates aura simply by standing inside the zone.
Your current aura amount can be seen on the left side of the screen, marked with a purple flame icon.
The zones are placed close together on the map, so moving between them is quick. However, entering a zone that you haven’t unlocked yet will cause your character to be eliminated and returned to the starting area.
The good news is that you will not lose any aura when this happens, so you can safely test whether you meet the requirement.
Once your aura reaches the required amount, you can simply walk into the zone and start training. There are no buttons or extra steps needed—the multiplier activates automatically.
Tips to Unlock Zones Faster
Rebirth Frequently
One of the most important mechanics for faster progression is Rebirth. When you rebirth, your current aura resets, but your aura generation speed permanently increases.

- Location: Green platform near the Starter Zone
Doing multiple rebirths early in the game helps you progress toward higher zones much quicker.
Train in the Highest Zone Available
Always stay in the strongest zone you can access. The difference between multipliers is huge.
For example, Dark Lava offers a 10,000x boost, while Fire Bath only provides 100x. Even a short time in a stronger zone can generate more aura than spending hours in a weaker one.
Don’t Try to Skip Requirements
There is no shortcut to enter a zone early. If you don’t meet the aura requirement, the game will simply remove you from the area.
Instead of trying to force your way into the next zone, focus on rebirthing and continuing to train in your current best zone. As multipliers stack up, progression becomes much faster.
End-Game Zones in Aura Ascension
The strongest areas in Aura Ascension currently are Divine Realm, Frost Heaven, and Fallen Star.
